Public Toilet

Quiet little toilet block conveniently situated just off Sheffield main road, by the Visitor Information Centre. Consists of five self-contained unisex cubicles, each containing sink, mirror, soap dispenser, sanitary bin, and air blowing hand dryers. One cubicle also contains a shower for public use, which is a bonus for homeless or water deprived folks! The block has a nice sheltered outside section, with nice foliage and benches… useful in an area so close to such a nearby high mountain range, with its nearby high mountain range weather! Cubicles were well stocked and relatively clean… smelled ok and not too much graffiti, seats and locks all worked, although I would have appreciated a hook on the back of the door to hang my bag as the floor was covered in wetness that was unavoidable and which I therefore hope was rain water and not anything else, so I had to balance my bag on the sink. No specific wheeled access cubicle, and no mobility assistance handles, but otherwise a really good public facility.
