Indigo Shire Councils current community consultation is creating rifts in what was a more intact community. Rifts between businesses, rifts between neighbours. The planning department has struggled to hold onto good staff for many many years now. It appears there are often council communication attempts to ‘silence’ and ‘repress’ the public.

Every time I have called they have been very helpful. I work for a building company and have to call often.

No response to notification of public risk on council property. Injury sustained no call back from council. Now 8 days since incident.

Allowing the entrance to Yackandandah to be subdivided, destroying the entrance to town forever, the worst night at council as the passed subdivisions by people that dont live here and greedy developers shame on them, only two councillors have the conviction to save our town and thanks to them the rest shame on them

Indigo shire can be proud that it has the biggest pot hole in the north-east.C375 Federation Way, near the driveway of the property of Elizabeth Park. Narrow road makes the need for a vehicle to move across onto the white line. It has a warning sign so that's OK.
