After trusting the tile cleaning technician to work unsupervised in a vacant tiled house and supplying the instructions and measurements ...... He calls to tell me the Sq mtrs I supplied were wrong , it was going to cost another $ 100 or so more . Okay I said . Checking the job on site the following day , found not only some areas missed BUT AN ENTIRE bathroom missed ! Yes , he came back , but it was at the cost of settlement being pushed back , cancelation of a removal truck and a morning of work . Excuses were pouring out AFTER I complained . Nothing was said on the day , that they had so called power issues , just a invoice sent to me ! To put icing on the cake ... The so called discount " for our inconvenience

Absolutely fabulous result! Very professional and experienced. Great communication - let me know a 1hr window and then called me when they were on their way. I am beyond happy with the result. They managed to remove the pet hair, stains and smells and left my 15yo+ carpets looking fresh and smelling amazing. The couch they cleaned looks brand new. Great value price and very friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Would highly recommend.
