Removery Tattoo Removal & Fading

Just had my first session at Removery Robina, team is amazing and helped make a daunting experience a positive one! Bec initially explained the process to me and got me booked in, Parker helped me work out the best package to suit my travel plans and then Holly treated me and took it at my pace! I have never been so impressed with a clinic for their customer service, hospitality and knowledge of their services. I had been going to another clinic and was having very upsetting experiences and decided to go to Removery Robina and was blown away with how they treat their customers and services they provide. The front receptionist and manager were absolutely lovely and made me feel so welcome and calm, they assured me of what I could expect and provided expert advise on the different approaches they take. They walked me through their services with the upmost informative knowledge and provided me a package that was inexpensive and better than any other laser clinic I had been to. Holly the technician was also absolutely lovely and made me feel so safe in the chair. I can’t wait to attend my next session and can’t praise this store enough for the wonderful experience they provided. Probably one of the best laser clinic experiences I have ever had alongside customer service experiences.

Holly, Rebecca, Parker are the most wonderful team, not only were they accomodating with the information, they provided a welcoming and comforting environment that made me feel at home.
