Great concept - donate your (working) computer to them and they'll refurbish and make available to worthy causes (eg asylum seekers) and offer very cheaply to concession card holders and NGOsThey'll take your non-working e-waste (eg printers) for recycling but will levy a small charge for these - which is fair enough!A great service for the environment and (I believe) run completely by volunteers.

More than 2 years after last visiting Computerbank I needed to return again to get some charging chords for my favourite old laptop PC. Again they were great to deal with and it was so quick & easy to get what I needed. Fantastic service. The team at Computerbank are all very helpful and so easy to deal with.They make it easy to find what you need. A great place to get PC parts & chargers without having to buy as new. Prices are fantastic. All round good guys who helped me a great deal.

I'm a primary school teacher. ComputerBank helped me source a number of functioning desktop PCs for students to disassemble and reassemble. From me they received naught, but nonetheless they were very helpful and generous.

Rude and inflexible. Insensitive to people with low funds and unaccommodating.If you have to use their service make sure you call ahead and make sure what you need is available. They will not move on price.
