I had my microdermabrasion session yesterday with the team. My beautician was extremely professional, informative and made me feel very comfortable. My skin is feeling great today. I'll definitely be making another appointment.

The Ladies here are all very knowledgeable and provide great customer service.

I did so many laser treatments in this place, the staff are amazing and friendly. Safe place to be, I would definitely recommend all my friends here

I absolutely love the Broadmeadows clinic. In particular one of the young ladies, Sinem has been nothing but kind and professional during each of my sessions. Her knowledge has always put me at ease when I get nervous. I’ve been to a lot of clinics and I can confidently say Sinem is one of the best!! I recommend to anyone.

I had very bad experience with them for bookings. I booked my sessions. And on the last session i was sick. I called them to re book... and they rebooked it and didn't tell me that Please come with a medical certificate . The staff was there laughing and making fun of me....and they asked to py more..that's so disappointing. I never want to go there...

I’m just after second laser ssssion for my legs, underarms and bikini. The results were visible after the first visit, there is 6 more left. The girls are very professional, punctual, talkative and helpful. Today's session with Amy was almost painless and I felt very comfortable throughout the all procedure. Thank you guys!

I’ve had a really disappointing customer service experience today (8/3/2023) from the team at laser clinics Broadmeadows. I’ve only arrived 5 minutes late for my booked appointment to get my arms, underarms, full legs and full back laser . But just because I’m 5 minutes late they only accommodated my full arms and underarms. I’m so dissatisfied from this disrespect customer service. I booked my appointment over the phone a week before and had a day off just to get it done.2 of the team members weren’t even busy with the customers. They weren’t just sitting in the front desk laughing and giggling but couldn’t do my full appointment. Now i have to get another day off from work to get my laser done on the remaining areas. Its just beyond ridiculous.As a result of this disappointment I’m never going to chose laser clinic’s Australia ever again in my life and not even recommending for anyone else. There are so many laser clinics out there do a better job.

I got a facial treatment here in the Broadmeadows location and the beauty therapist was Amy and she was amazing. She was really sweet and helpful aswell as kind and very hard working. I have already booked my next treatments with her, I definitely recommend booking with her for any of your procedures.thanks

Have been doing my laser here for months now and the results have been amazing, with the best customer service I cannot fault anything about this clinic!!
