Ben, the sales person, was excellent.We wished to purchase a full electric M.G. and he straight up asked us if we intended long trips, and pointed out the limitations re. Range. We are well aware of this, and will plan a lot more stops at scattered charging points, when doing extended travel.Well set out building, and approachable staff. Easy to deal with, no pressure.

Fantastic customer service. Replaced our sidesteps on our Colorado under warranty and we didn’t even ask. We go out of our way to come here and this is why. Thankyou and keep up the great work guys. Will always highly recommend.

Very over the top salesmanUte I was interested in, had 4 Tyers with very little tread.When I highlighted this to the salesperson, he said it passed there workshop fine.???

The service department at Hamilton MG are simply incompetent. I was told my vehicle would be available at 1230 after a service. After waiting 1.5 hours - and making enquiries, the vehicle was ready at 2pm. Even though they had two mobile numbers no one had the courtesy or common sense to advise that there was a delay. Unfortunately this is not the first poor experience with Hamilton MG service department. If you're considering buying a new MG and you live south of the city, be warned that you will need to deal with this unprofessional and incompetent service department.

I had 4 appointments in this branch and all were a waste of time and money. I had 4 under hours and 8 uber trips, yet they havent fixed the App pairing issue that I have been complaining about.The 3rd visit, I was told that I need to create a new account. This was a lame excuse. I still followed what I was told and as expected it never worked. I asked to try my phone in the demo car and it worked. This is where I was told that the headunit will be replaced.On my 4th visit, I had to leave the car again for the whole day. I was advised that the headunit will be replaced. I pick up my car and was so furious that the issue is still there. I dont believe that the headunit has been replaced. Whoever did the job, he simply reset the system to factory default and paired a phone via bluetooth. Bluetooth wasn't the issue, it was the app. I can't believe how many times I have shown and told about the issue.I am a system engineer that also works on cars particularly BMW / Mini. I have tried my best to solve this. I honestly believe that the main issuenis the vodafone sim of my unit - it is not ACTIVE - but no one seems to understand.I deeply regret taking an MG ZS EV. I should have bought a BYD ATTO 3 instead!

I needed to write this detailed review as my experience with this company in purchasing a new car was truly exceptional. To be truthful, I was not looking foward to entering the showroom due to agressive sales tactics experienced at other dealerships. At 72 years of age, I decided it was time to purchase a new car just for every day local shopping etc., and decided that the basic MG3 Core version would be suitable. On entering the showroom I was greeted by Dilip (new car consultant) and explained that I would like to take one for a demo. The test drive was to include 60/80/100 k zone. This was not an issue, and Dilip apologized for the slight wait as he had to register a brand new vehicle for me to drive. He handed me the keys but I asked him to accompany me so I could ask him any question about the vehicle. Unlike other car consultants that I have delt with in a test drive, Dilip only answered the questions that I asked about the vehicle (no hard sell, no pressure about low stock etc., etc.). Back at Hamilton's I had made my mind up that the vehicle met my expectations and asked if he had one in white. Unfortunately he did not and that I would have to wait for the next delivery but the vehicle would be $500 extra. I thanked him for his time and decided to see if Newspot had the same vehicle. Rang them 5 times and the phone rang out!! Gave up. I then decided to contact Dilip over the weekend to see if he had the Core with the Nav model. I was informed that was not available in white as well. Started some creative thinking and realised if they had the Excite available in white then the car would only be $900 more expensive than if I waited for the new stock of the Core to arrive. Monday morning I called in and Dilip's boss informed me that he had three in stock. WHAT I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH IS THAT DILIP NEVER TRIED to UP SELL" the dearer version despite the Core not being available. IT WAS MY DECISION. I placed the order

These guys never called back and they argue with you... not a good experience. Go somewere else. Also we're not willing to bring a car out to test drive unlike Kia and Hyundai and also lied about vehicles being ready and in stock.
