Started by using online shop to obtain spare parts for our shutters. I made a rookie mistake providing incorrect details of the length of blades required. I think Dale suspected I had made a mistake and emailed me. I again confirmed the incorrect length. Received package in really quick time Victoria to Sunshine Coast Qld to find my mistake. Dale and Team to the rescue. They immediately agreed to cut new blades and resend next day and did this with an extremely favourable price to me. I thought this type of service was dead and buried. (It certainly is when buying from overseas).Can not recommend these guys more highly.Greig Lee-Archer

I had some broken plantation shutters, went to the big brand" stores whom couldn't help or care. Especially the one whom I had bought them from many years ago.I finally found Rich Shutters and Blinds and I am so glad I did. The service is amazing and very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too hard and I felt like my custom was important.Not only did I order 6 new plantation shutters but also two large roller blinds as well

Highly recommend Rich Shutters & Blinds. I visited the showroom and the customer service was amazing. Richard was so friendly and knowledgeable. The shutters I got were Australian made and the quality is so much better than what I had in the past and the blockout blinds are exceptional and look fantastic. Will definitely be recommending to all my family and friends!

Via email I contacted this company on the recommendation of a Qld supplier. The Qld supplier would not carry out repair/maintenance work. Rich Shutters were recommended as repairers for shutters. My emails to Rich Shutters resulted in a reply advising i would be contacted by a Brisbane repairer with 5 business days , maybe longer, depending on demand this could be more or less. Some 13 days later and not having heard from anyone I emailed Rich Shutters again seeking advice as to when the Qld repairer might contact me - no reply to date.
