After viewing the company’s excellent website, I phoned the company to obtain additional technical, product and shipping advice. Michael’s response to my queries were accurate, informative and timely. He placed my order and then followed up with phone calls to confirm time-sensitive delivery of a rather complex split-address order. The company Onlinelighting has: a physical address in Sydney, NSW, their own specialists contactable by phone and a live pop-up ‘specialist’ chat on the Website. Onlinelighting.com.au deserve a 10/10 rating on all fronts – website, technical support, specialist advice, product range and multiple avenues available to talk with a human in real-time.

The only online store I could find 12.7mm thread lamp holder with a switch. Great customer service and prompt delivery.They charge a flat rate delivery which is their business model. So if you buy 1 holder or 100 holders the delivery fee is the same. I'm glad the lamp is fixed even though I had to pay a little extra. Will definitely shop with them again.

Thank you to Ara and Michael who sourced and arranged an urgent delivery of globes that I couldn't find in Adelaide.They were well packaged and arrived when promised 48 hours after my initial phone call.Highly recommended!

Fantastic customer service! We received our two lights and unfortunately they were damaged. We contacted the company letting them know of the issue and they responded almost immediately, organising replacements the same day. The cutomer service was outstanding and because of their quick response and action, we received the new lights 3 days later. They are a lovely addition to our kitchen upgrade.

Ordered 8 fluorescent circular lamps today and the customer service on the other end was 10/10. He managed to arrange same day delivery. Prices were cheaper than Bunnings too! Highly recommend.

When my questions became too detailed, Ara suggested I call the office. He answered, guided me through the options and helped me secure delivery just 2 days later. Delighted!

Our purchase Galactic Polycarbonate 250 mmsphere Garden LIght 240V- Black Base/Opal/E27-OL7010/25OP CODE: SLU286471 was our worst purchasing experience in the last 35 years! Not only did the 4 lights yellow within 9 months of installation, the company had advertised them as polycarbonate yet inquiries revealed they were in fact acrylic. Whatever their composition, to develop issues in such a short time and then to have the company change their website description and claim that is how it had been advertised from the outset meant we were dealing with deceptive practice. Best to cut losses and yet we do not want anyone to purchase this product. Sure they offered a solution" but having tried their solution without success we were not prepared to go further. Suggest you find a product that has sufficient UV stabilisers if you want lighting outdoors that is not undercover. Without a doubt a very deceptive and dishonest online supplier."

I purchased four outdoor wall lights (an online shopping). The quality of the products was as described, the shipment and delivery were before the expected date, and the customer support was great, as there was a missing nut in the pack and they arranged for a replacement nicely. On top of that, the price was one of the lowest in this shop. I was super happy with that experience and will browse and buy again in the future.

Poor service, not so honest, expensive.Ordered some wire, nothing for a week (except their spam emails) sent a 'where is it email' no reply, next day the courier sent tracking info email, that's 8 days from order to processing (packed & sent).They advertise half price shipping, not so, shipping was $14, their cost $6.60, thus false advertising.Once they get your $s they couldn't care less, there are better shops out there.
