Number One Shoes
I know it is a self- help shop, but when there are 2 customers in the shop, one trying on shoes & the other looking lost (that was me ),the 2 sales assts could stop chatting & ask if help was required just for something to do. It would help their day go quicker.

Lovely new shop. Went on a quiet day so not sure what the parking will be like on a normal day in these new premises.But with the move the prices have moved too.. Upwards. I got really good school shoes last year for about $60 and today I couldn't find anything under $150!

Zero service at all, Kerrie at the counter did nothing to help anyone, too busy talking to a mate for half hour to bother paying anyone any attention. Not impressed

Number One Shoes
This afternoon, we returned my son's faulty trainers to the Number One Shoes store in Napier. We were greeted by a salesperson at the checkout who confirmed the purchase on their records and encouraged us to choose a replacement pair. The exchange was processed quickly, and we left delighted with the outcome. The customer service at Number One Shoes has always been exceptional and we will continue to be a regular customer. Keep up the excellent work!
