There’s nothing better when you find a local business who provides an absolute, A1 service. Our pool and spa had virtually turned black overnight due to recent dust storms. My husband persevered for a week trying to bring it back to life, with no luck. Phoned Tony and not only did he arrive within 4 hours, he had both the pool and spa back to perfect, crystal blue waters by the next day. And to top it all off, he patiently explained to my husband how to use the manual pool vacuum, which he’d been unable to do for the past 18 months!Hands down Tony is our new go-to person for anything pool or spa related. Honest, personal service. These guys know what they're doing. For pool and spa servicing, I would not consider using anyone else. Poolfection will take the time to explain preventative maintenance, and they supply parts at competitive rates. I like that they follow up with a phone call after service, to make sure we are happy.
