Bridgestone Malaga by far the best Bridgestone location in perth, Rish and Wayne are always willing to help and I appreciate their honesty and professional service every time.

By far one of the best shops for Tyres NOR, Rishi and team installed New Tyres on my New Rims for my Toyota 86. Couldn't be happier, will highly recommend Bridgestone Malaga, been dealing with Rishi and the team for over 2 years now and never had any issues and will come back again, thank you so much and keep up the excellent work. Seriously, the best customer service I have had anywhere for decades! Rishi & Wayne we’re so patient, transparent, accomodating and relational. They took the time to explain everything to me and I felt bloody well valued as a customer. I’ll definitely be back for all my tyre and service needs! I won’t be going anywhere else.

To be fair, i made my complaint known to Wayne before posting this.Recently, they logbook serviced my lancer and charged me $620. After few days, we noticed that fuel gauge is not working. My son called them and send the car back the next week. They said its not their fault and needs diagnostic and only Mitsubishi can do that (for $160).I claimed it through warranty and Integrity send me to another mechanic. They found out that the float is not seating properly which been touched during fuel filter replacement. So, its not a warranty issue and paid extra.Last year, they fixed its suspensions and after getting the car, its not aligned vertically..so I send it back.They fixed it for free but recommended to do full alignment which we did for $70.But again, its still leaning to the left. I let it go because of possible $70 (again) and lost of trust.My son just convinced me to do service with them again, but after this, i have doubts.I just thought, sending the car back multiple times due to problems after service is a pretty sure good indicators of poor service.

Hey been using this business for 3 years now. Initially prevented me for getting an unnecessary tyre and brake work which another servicing company assured me was urgent. Fortunately I checked with these guys first before going ahead since I had a feeling that the brakes and tyres lasted longer than that. I didn’t need any work for another 6 months.I now have all my servicing done with these professionals and for a cheaper price. The courtesy car is also helpful!

Wayne and Rishi are always there to help when my car has an issue, even at the last minute. Friendly crew that I know I can rely on :-)

Very disappointed in this establishment. Had my car taken in for new tyres and a brake fluid flush. Upon checking to make sure everything was okay discovered two of the tyres were over inflated and two of the tyres were under inflated. Over the past week my vehicle has also been leaking brake fluid and inspecting underneath the car they had left a valve loose that was causing the leak. Really appalling when you come to these places and expect you can trust their mechanics to make your car safe but are so careless they can’t even check tyre pressure or make sure everything is tightened to the way it was.

the worst place, do not visit Bridgeton Malaga. my car had an issue with the front passenger side tire and I replaced it with the spare tire for a temporary purpose. meanwhile, I inadvertently went over there to change the front passenger tire. Rishi cheated by replacing the front tire with the rear, taking over the rear tire in his own possession, and then putting on the front passenger side with a brand new tire from his shop. I can imagine with a busy schedule that he could make this stupid mistake. I recommend that when anybody goes to Bridgestone Malaga, stay with your vehicle and don't trust them. because they doing scams.
