If your b-doubles cant get above 60km/hr along a flat and straight stretch of a highway then you are overloading them. It isnt 1985, trucks dont struggle nowadays and they certainly dont struggle along flat stretches of road. We are the people you drive over the top of when the weight of your loads are too much for your brakes.
