Great shop friendly staff although the shop layout is quite odd

The young shop assistant was very friendly and asked me if I was in there friends club without me having to tell her

Unfortunately Gosford is a little dreary all round. Ok for cheap basics or kids clothes under 12yrs. I find the Erina store has better stock probably cos it's larger. Not very fashionable or good quality but convenient for locals, more a mum or grandma place to shop.

Gorgeous store. So well stocked and presented.

They ordered the kids winter uniform pants in the sizes I needed and called me when they came in. Very helpful and easy to access in the smaller Imperial Centre.

I come to this shop frequently to shop for my children. one of children has special needs. he can't talk.. a lady (sorry i don't remember her name) works in this store is absolutely beautiful to my son.she saids hello" and tries to communicate with him every time we see her

Racist staff member.Today visited the shop with my wife and 18 months baby after shopping in the mall. While entering the store, one of the staff called for the other other member like she wants to keep an eye on us. We looked for the things for almost 5 minutes couldn’t find anything and still non of the staff approached as if they could help on what we were looking for. At the same time there were grandparents with their 11month granddaughter at the store who were from the same ethnic as us(Asian). We chatted in the store maybe for 3-5 min then one of the staff announced on the speaker that “WE HAVE SECURITY CAMERA IN THE STORE AND YOU ARE BEING WATCHED”. We were the only customers at the store at that time.We left the store immediately telling that staff, thank you for letting us know about the camera. I am living in central coast for almost 3 years and have never seen anyone racist like this.Never going back.Recommend not to go.
