Outstanding customer service! I cannot express my gratitude enough for how well the team at Haworth handled and accommodated me during a recent customer service request. My unfortunate situation was met with nothing but understanding and pragmatic solutions and I am forever grateful for how well I was treated. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.I ordered a new electronic bass drum which ran into some supply and shipping issues that were out of their control resulting in an approximate 2.5 month wait, but they delivered my product in incredibly time. When I got an email saying the item had left Albion Park, it was on my doorstep the next morning! The whole process only took two weeks despite all the issues!Their customer service is above and beyond, their online services team is absolutely amazing and they're overall a really, really pleasant group of people to deal with.I'll definitely be coming back!

I ordered a guitar on the 1st nov, recieved an email 2 days later saying it was coming from a warehouse and it would take 2 weeks max, i immediately replied thanking them for the update and also asked about getting some heavier gauge strings and some seymour duncan pickups, no reply.2 and half weeks went by with no communication so i emailed again asking for an ETA, they told me there was an issue with processing the order and that they would refund my express shipping cost and still send it via express, they didnt. They sent it via standard postage.I got the guitar on the 1st dec, as i opened the box i immediately noticed it was covered in swirls, scratches all over the guitar, there was corrosion on the frets, fingerprint smudges, 3 strings weren't sitting in the grooves in the saddle and it came tuned, the plastic on the tuners was old and falling off, they have a haworth garentee and have a 35 point inspection on their guitars before theyre sent out. I emailed on the 2nd dec and didnt get a reply, 6 days later, still no reply, i emailed the manager and he organised a return on the 7th, they recieved the guitar on the 8th dec, its now the 15th dec and i still havent heard back from them. I have now submitted a complaint to the ACCC for a full refund. Do not shop with haworth guitars. Their apologies are unsincere, their customer service is trash, they dont keep their promises. They haven't even sent me an invoice. Save your time and shop elsewhere

Dan sorted my son out with the perfect drums to suit our budget and had him in lessons with Mark the same week. Six months on and he hasn't looked back. He loves his lessons, Mark is an excellent teacher and Dan has given ongoing support and advice, especially in the early stages when we were learning how to use the kit functions. Go see Dan if you are looking for instruments or lessons, excellent customer service.

Recently dropped off fender strat for service, setup and bit of TLC. Joel took the time to discuss what I was looking for and the result was outstanding.Great service, highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service. There was a small glitch with my guitar case order but it got sorted straight away and they even upgraded my case at no cost. It was delivered interstate within 2 days of sending. Just Brilliant.

Like some other reviewers, I'm finding myself really unhappy due to a lack of communication. Over a month ago, I placed an order (online) for a Helix LT and the only communication I've had since then was a short message about how the store is light on staff - which I understand, but a month is plenty of time to have looked into an almost $2000 order. It was advertised as in stock with the supplier, but over a month has passed with no shipping info, no word, and many emails with no responses. I have asked for a cancellation/refund yesterday afternoon - still with no response as of writing this. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this has sadly not been a great experience for me, and I'm not sure I'd shop here again, at least online.

Drove 2 hours from Sydney after being told by a young bloke on the phone that the guitar I wanted was in stock, only to get there and they didn't know where the guitar was and couldn't tell me if it had been sold. And it still appears on the website as available. I was very keen to make a purchase but it was a shamozzle from the get go. The 3 stars is for the opportunity to try out a few other guitars with minimal hassle, which was quite good. Anyway I went home empty handed and I'll be spending my money elsewhere. I had high expectations for this place, clearly too high
