Fitted us in straight away to assess our car damage. They have repaired our cars before and did an excellent.

Front underbody panel plastics weren’t in place and hanging down on road when we went to pick it up. headlight bulb was not in place and couldn’t get it in place so had to take it home and do it myself. Boot rubber was destroyed with dirty greasy hand marks all over it and refused to replace.(the car only had front damage so there was no need to touch my boot at all, however he still did). I was also quoted for 2 new headlights however they only put in one. Average fuel economy was 6.4L/100km when handed it in and when we received it it was above 10.5L/100km which is the highest it has ever been and I drive sporty and never been above 8L/100km. Office lady was very nice to talk to and Aidan is an extremely nice worker and tried to help us out as much as he could and gave us a very detailed quote quickly, unfortunately he didn’t work on my car. However, a different worker worked on my car and was in a very unexceptional condition when I went to pick it up and could not put in a simple headlight and was swearing while there was children around which was extremely unacceptable.I would not recommend this place to fix your car.

Great friendly staff had a minor fender bender with another driver at work and decided to get it fixed with out insurance getting involved not sure how the job turned out but haven't heard anything from the work mate so all must be good

Great service that the team gave me for repairing a bonnet catch on our vehicle that had nothing to do with them. They solved the problem with the vehicle during their busy work schedule without charging an enormous fee. I received very courteous service and I highly recommend Brett, Rachel and their team. Wonderful service.
