First reached out to these guys early 2022. Initial contact was fantastic-- I spoke to someone named Mariah and she was absolutely lovely, knowledgeable and professional. My partner and I were so keen to work with these guys, until we were linked with Marijke. She called me up to run me through the processes and what not, but one thing I was a little confused about was that we were responsible for finding and applying for our own lots (which is probably very common, but it was dauntingggg for us as complete newbies). Once we did the financial assessment, she gave us a call and said that our estimated borrowing capacity had dropped down to about 30k due to a few different factors. It was definitely longer than what we have expected but it was all worth it. Now looking back, it all look like it went very smoothly from the time we started looking for a land, choosing a plan, starting with the home loan, waiting for council approvals, and finally of course the build. The waits during each stages really were the hardest part but you helped us get through those with your updates and follow ups.We have considered other builders and third-party property groups to hep us at the beginning. But MWC understood our situation better, had more patience with our changes and back and forth questions. And we were happy with your speedy progress with every steps at the beginning part of the process.We truly appreciate that you have recommended an excellent builder, Transpire, to do the build for us. Very very happy with the finished house quality. They were so professional all the way.Now we are enjoying our home for the last two months now and we couldn’t be any happier with the outcome we got.Well done!

We cannot thank MWC enough for everything they have done for us! Our new home is absolutely beautiful and it’s everything we asked for and more. MWC are great at what they do. They went so far to help us get into our first home. They laid everything out step by step and helped us from selecting a estate which worked for us right up till we were handed the keys. They work with great companies to make it a simple, easy process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to get into their first home.

I believed it was possible to own a home, I knew I just had to find a way. For me and my husband, MWC was that way! From the first phone call, Sandy was friendly and supportive. We consistently felt that we were in safe hands, and I am confident that because of MWC Group our stress levels throughout the journey to home ownership was significantly reduced. The only tough part about building a home is the fact that you do pay rent and a mortgage simultaneously-not any fault of MWC, just something to be aware of if you are considering this path. Effortless, MWC really did make the whole process easy. We had an amazing experience with Angie and the team with getting our finance sorted with tricky timelines.The builder (Transpire) did a good job, great support from them.Now we have lived in our home for a couple of months I needed help with some homebuilder forms and reached out to Kyla, what a godsend, everything that was required was emailed to myself within a couple of hours.Total support through the whole process and well after is amazing. MWC have the knowledge and experience which I don't.

Me and my family are now new home owners because of MWC and they fantastic staff they helped us from start to finish and helpped us with our savings goals and from different options that was best for our family we have really received value for money with this company.We received regular updates and constitute feedback from them and never delayedThey gave us a move in date of June and the house was completed at the end of April.
