I'm looking to buy a product and enquiry over the phone if they can match other store. I gave the price to match and got a verbal confirmation that jb can match the price. Guess what? When I arrived at jb, they declined to give me the price confirmed over the phone, I even got the name of the person. They said that the price is not the advertised price. What erked me is that they confirmed the price over the phone, but then they reneged when you are in the store.

Horrible customer service from one of the staff there, when I asked him for help about a certain product he acted like he didn’t want to help me and had a very careless attitude. employ people who actually want to work and are willing to help there customers. The person that served me had a horrible attitude.

Just been to JB Hi Fi in Castle Hill. I couldn' t find the item so I tried to get someone to help. One guy was busy with a customer so requested someone to come. Nobody came so after 10 minutes I walked out.

I've been to the Castle Towers shop twice now in 2 years, both times I couldn't get any service at all. I was one of the first customers to walk through the door, wanting to spend thousands however the shop assistants were too busy talking to each other rather than serving. The second time my wife and I split up to attempt to get service, not a prayer, found one assistant on his phone, asked for help but he just ignored me and kept texting.If you want pathetic service and a very long waiting time, this is the place, seriously don't bother with this shop, plenty of help at other JB shops.

Avoid at all costs. Do not go to Castle Hill JB HIFI. The staff and female manager are less than helpful. Useless is probably a better description. After spending thousands of dollars at JB HI FI over the years after today's experience will never spend another cent there again. AVOID !!!

JbHiFi Castle Hill. Was greeted by Justin upon arriving at the store, Justin was very helpful and proactive, knowledgeable about what I needed. Helped me find a better solution to the pc peripherals I was looking for and for a better PRICE TOO! Was Very impressed with the customer service provided by him. Definitely made a great experience, would recommend reaching out to him if you go there.

Service was shocking. I went to get a simple headset for my wife. They don’t have the actual headsets in the store but you need to take the box to the cashiers at the front. At the front someone was tasked to go collect the actual headset for me. 20 minutes later I’m still waiting, many people helped and served before me and the person tasked to collect my headset obviously distracted by sales to other people had already forgotten he was supposed to collect my headset. Only after prompting was my headset finally collected. Incredibly disappointing service.
