I unreservedly recommend Advanced Sail Structures to anyone considering having a shade sail installed. The response to our inquiry was prompt with 'Leah' and 'Garry ' coming out to inspect the site within two days. I was very impressed by their courtesy, professionalism and knowledge. After listening carefully to my input they had sketched out a design within half an hour. The sail was made and installed within four weeks and the cost was somewhat less than we had expected. We were very impressed with the whole process and would certainly use them again.

Shade Sail was quoted by Leah and completed within a month and her idea of separating into two Sails worked out perfectly as she shaped it for our needs ! Looks fantastic and reasonably priced !

A friend used them, and were happy, so I didn't bother getting multiple quotes, I just went with these guys. They came and gave me a price that seemed fair. I let it go a while before giving them the go-ahead (just because I'm slack!) but they never pestered or bothered me. Once I agreed everything went ahead smoothly. Their installation team were very nice. Very happy. Well done everyone!

I am delighted with both the service I received and the shade sail itself. I was a little concerned getting a shade sail because the driveway has quite a slope, but it looks fantastic! The team at Advanced Sail Structures were awesome to deal with and highly professional in their communication, design and construction. Highly recommended!

I contacted 3 companies for a quote. Leah contacted us and came out quickly and we had a design we liked and tweaked it to match after the draft. Easy to deal with, prompt, good customer service. The other 2 companies never bothered even trying. Have referred Advanced to clients and will come back for the 2nd section later on.

Advanced sails installed a fairly large sail over our pool. We are very happy with the shade sail, with the quality of the product, the workmanship and the price. We are I very impressed Advanced Shade Structures. Rob' really helped us design our driveway shade sail to suit the slope and to maximize the coverage. Being extreme at DIY, we relied on Rob's great advice. He put up with our many questions, added value every time and ultimately supplied a first class product, on time and budget.
