Disappointing service. Accountants that take forever to respond. Clearly shows, small business and individuals is not their priority. Engaged November 2021 was told it will take a month to business & personal tax returns completed. It's now April and I'm still waiting. Bare in mind - I was slow in responding at period too, however, once I did respond, had to follow up multiple times and still am.
