Spoke to Sierra who was able to help me understand my current level of insurance with another provider better along with understanding and comparing it with AIA Health. I was able to make the decision easily with the necessary information. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Charly Fahlstrom was amazing to talk to. Answers all my questions very kindly and patiently, even though I repeated some of the questions many times. I was able to compare my current insurance and choice of insurance with AIA on the phone, which gave me clarity. Overall good customer experience so far. Can't wait for the policy to start soon.

First time someone called it wasn’t a great time, but they didn’t push and allowed me to book a time which suited me.I spoke with Alexandra, who was a delight to speak with. Did a great find out of what I needed and matched the options well. Explained everything clearly and made it a very easy decision for me to say yes to. Great customer experience all round - well done.

I received ample notifications and contact from AIA regarding my policy. When chatting to Addam he was professional and had a casual/friendly demeanour; very informative and guided me through all the details and answered all my questions well. The application process was great

I'm so glad that I can get in touch with Kylie directly, without getting lost in being transferred so many times like other calls centers. Kylie was so patient with me, and really helped me understand what benefits I'm getting from AIA, and the amounts that I can claim back. I really appreciate all her efforts, and she wasn't trying to push me into signing up. I'm glad that I've now signed up to AIA, and can fully utilize all the benefits AIA has to offer. Sierra was more than helpful with answering all my questions and explaining private health insurance and the AIA Vitality program and it's associated benefits. Sierra took the time to explain everything to me and listened to my family's needs. She did not try to push a higher level of cover to me which made it simple. I took a couple of days to think about the policy and the vitality program and received a courtesy email from Sierra from which I scheduled a follow up phonecall where I started our insurance policy with AIA.Sierras customer service and the easy sign up process was amazing and I highly recommend AIA for this reason.Thank you again Sierra for all of your help and fitting in with my schedule!
