I just wanted to express my gratitude for a job done with professionalism, kindness and efficiency. In a few days I had the evaluation of the work, and the coordination of the shipment and installation of a new good quality carpet.

My dealings with Carpet Call has been the worst experience of customer service I have ever had. I purchased carpet from the Tuggerah store 5 weeks prior to my required install date. I was swayed by the consultant to purchase the carpet I did on the basis that it was in stock and ready to install. Two days prior to my install date I had not received any advice as to when/what time my install would be taking place. When I phoned the Tuggerah store, I was informed that my installation had been rescheduled. This was done without any communication. When I questioned this I was advised that the carpet was unavailable from manufacturer and nothing could be done to rectify this situation. The install was rescheduled for the following week. Meanwhile I have been unable to move in to my property and have accrued further expenses due to these delays. Due to my concerns regarding the new install date I asked for email confirmation to be provided. I received this from 'head office' confirming my rescheduled install date. I received this email confirmation and was advised that I would be contacted between 7-9am to be informed of my installation time for that day. Installation day arrived and when I had not received a call I contacted the store. The manager Andrew, took no responsibility and told me to call the warehouse. I contacted the warehouse and was advised to call head office. I called head office and was told no one was available to confirm my install time and I would be called back. After waiting 1 hour for a call back that never came I called again. I was put through to a consultant who informed me that again my carpet was unavailable from the manufacturer and would not be available for a further four weeks. I expressed my concerns and was offered an alternative carpet, which was also unavailable. I have requested a refund and I do not wish to deal with this company any further due to their lack of regard for customer service. The representative said “I’m sorry, I understand you must have been excited about your new carpet”. The flow on impacts from this terrible service will prevent me from being able to live in my new home and continue to need to pay storage fees for my furniture. Please avoid this company at all costs, as they are not able to guarantee their services or let their customers know when an order is changed. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANYMy 81 year old pensioner Mother selected carpet from Carpet Call Tuggerah.When they came to do the measure and quote, they had many samples but not the one she had selected. She asked them to return with a sample of the carpet she had selected. On 5/05, they arrived with the Mum's selected carpet. She ordered it and paid her 50% deposit. They advised that the carpet was available in Melbourne (they rang from Mum's house and checked that the carpet was in stock) and would be shipped up for installation 18/05. On 16/5 Daniel Upton from Carpet Call telephoned Mum to advise the yarn was delayed as it was imported and her carpet had not even been manufactured. Instead they could supply other carpet that was not the colour or texture of the one Mum had selected. Mum asked for a refund and Daniel hung up on her.We have now made a formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading.Almost a month has gone by, Carpet Call have Mum's 50% deposit, and she has no carpet. I had Nathan come out to quote and assess the job required.Nathan was fantastic, knowledgeable and very thorough.The installation was very smooth and the guys that did the installation were very professional. Made the process stress free.My only complaint is with Bill, who I found sarcastic and unprofessional, what a shame he lets the otherwise great team down.

Extremely DisappointedWent to the store at Tuggerah where I chose a carpet for a new home. I gave the plans to the Store Manager. He gave me a quote on the spot which included premium underlay and installation.Had the guy come out and measure up the job. He gave me a price which was a increase in price of 50%. I showed him the business card with the price I was given in store and he couldn’t understand the price variance. He told me he would take it back and the manager would be in contact. I heard nothing for a couple of days and followed it up. Manager told me he would double check and get back to me. Have not heard a word since. I even sent a reminder email on Friday but have not had the courtesy of reply. Needless to say I will now be looking elsewhere for my carpet.

What a great team! They have a seamless process from the sales through to the installation. I would highly recommend using Carpet Call Tuggerah
