Been purchasing chemicals regularly for 2 years since moving to the area and always found there customer service to be professional.4 weeks ago they came out to fix the solar heating and mentioned the pump and chlorinator is very old and tired so we agreed to new ones. They installed a new pump and chlorinator and since the install I haven’t needed to add chemicals as often and the pool has stayed crystal clear for much longer than usual.In a nutshell we’re very grateful for Ian’s pools and have never ever had a single issue with them.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really like the team here but I was a bit miffed to travel down from the mountains to find that the hours on the door do not match the hours on google maps, which means I was forced to go to another pool shop nearby which is a bit of a dangerous game because they had digital testing and can assess mineral content / calcium which was pretty cool.I will still come to Ian’s but I really would like to see the google places data be reflected accurately, as I would wager that most users would not check their website which I found does have the accurate new covid hours.

I have a new pool, it was installed in October. Since then, Ian's Pool company were hired to look after it. I don't think they clean the filters out well or at all. I had to get them out the day after it was cleaned as the filter was clogged again ( and our pool looks pretty clean, there's no tress or plants around to get into the filter.).I've spoken to the pool installer, who has said that my filter is gone and now needs to be replaced. It was only 5 months old.They were great for the first month and then it went downhill.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff who seem to be sincere and honest, not just trying to upsell etc. Will happily suggest cheap and or free solutions. Ian also is a pool system guru if you bet him out, and Rob is a top bloke always willing to help.
