Something needs to be done about the slow service in this location. Food is what you would expect from KFC. However the slow service is shocking. Expect to wait 25 minutes.

Saturday, 2.45pm, 11th March. Unfortunately had to give 1 star, would prefer to give zero stars. Order was wrong, something wrong with the post mix and no napkins or spoons given. Went to speak to the supervisor/manager regarding the order. Husband was spoken to rudely by the female supervisor with a ‘couldn’t careless attitude’. Nothing from the incorrect order was rectified. My daughter then went to speak to supervisor to get the order sorted. The same supervisor ignored her (even though she had been seen) and when daughter asked the supervisor for her name, supervisor refused.This ‘so called’ supervisor was rude, very arrogant and dismissive.I will be calling Head Office on Monday.Will never eat there again.

Staff all move exceptionally slow and some look straight up bitter, no communication with each other. No sense of urgency with mountains of orders piling up. They simply don't care. Makes me wonder if they even have a manger

genuinely so disappointed in the food as well as the staff. I understand it’s located in a food court and it gets busy but waiting 15 minutes for this? This has completely ruined my kfc experience

I thought I was ordering from KFC. Usually I don't make fuss about foods but this was unacceptable. The chicken we ordered looked like they weren't cooked properly and were sticky and had no crunch. The burger was sticky, the bun wasn't fresh as well. Sorry KFC please have a look at this.

Ordered through the app and order didn't go through but got charged. Had to explain to the manager for 10 minutes that I have been charged and I want my food. Eventually, I recieved my food but it was low quality. The chicken and chips was cold.

KFC as you'd expect but review is for the legend cooking out back in a pink trucker cap and faux leather jacket looking like a young Ryan Dunn lol, mad props.

Staff were very slow, and unenthusiastic. No chicken at peak hour dinner time. Let us know it was a 9mins wait (which was fine) but then chips were cold and had to go back to get wicked wings that weren’t in zinger box. Gave us 1 normal size wing and 2 that was the size of my thumb. Staff didn’t apologise or seem to care even though I was nice about it (as it was busy).Overall poor customer service, and food quality was very disappointing.

Oder a pack of tenders and waiting like 10 mins , only was told they had no tenders once I asked the staff if my order was ready ,No clue why they all shake heads after I request a refund as I only want tenders , “amazing hospitality ” wish I could give a 0 star

Really love the Tuesday deal, my last coming I had to wait for 4 minute in the parking area because the spicy chicken were not ready yet, I prefer to buy it from my car (drive trough), the waiter then brough my chicken to me as he promised, and everything is alright overall!
