Fantastic service and product range. Highly recommend this supplier. I phoned for advice prior to purchase and received excellent advice, which mirrored what I had been told by a STEM school teacher but wanted to double check. Great product line at competitive prices. Super fast processing and delivery. Love the Flashforge 3D Pro printer, which is so easy to use (even for parents).

Unable to be contacted by ANY method. Phone constantly engaged during business hours, voicemail after hours, but no-one calls back. I have an order that's gone astray, but they can't be contacted to fix this up. Absolutely terrible service. Would not recommend any longer. Will be escalating my concern to Fair Trading

BUYERS BEWARE! I paid extra for TNT Road EXPRESS shipping and they changed the method to standard Fastway Courier shipping (now Aramex) without my consent. I tried contacting them but the phone line is disconnected, no response to my emails and could not get through to anyone. I received my order 1 week later. Absolutely terrible customer service, take your money and hide. BEWARE!

No contact 6 weeks after receiving 17.5k of my money only to be spoken to rudely and called a fraud. Requested a refund (which was also not followed up) and only after another call, one week later, were we able to resolve the issue.Not sure how this business has lasted so long, but beware to the new buyer, they may just pocket your money until you investigate personally.

I work 100m away and there's no visible entrance to the store. Jumped online to try and find out more and their prices are insane. Glad I never stumbled in.

BEWARE!!!... I should have read the reviews before i ordered and paid for everything. I've now involved a solicitor as i am $500 down with no product delivered. I've received 1 vague response from Mark who simply suggested that a parcel inquiry was sent to the courier. Since then, no contact, no replies and no followups with no way of contacting them. They have disappeared with my money. Either they are scammers or have no idea what they are doing. Very dodgy business in my opinion.

Honestly, when i read the reviews it had me REALLY worried. But thankfully everything went through okay, it was posted pretty quickly, although i have to say, i selected Fastway, why did you guys ship it TNT? I selected fastway for a reason...Anyway, it arrived within acceptable margins, however TNT is slow as hell (but again! i selected fastway for a reason!!!!) Cant really complain aside from that, printer works well and was delivered undamaged. Aside from getting the shipping that you ACTUALLY PAID FOR, what more can you ask for?

Amazing!What are you guys all on about with these 1 stars and negative attitude? I just went there today to get a replacement belt for my printer, they were fantastic! Super helpful and kind.Huge warehouse with more things than you can possible imagine, and the best part was the staff! A man and his adorable dog, coco! Stuff online ordering, go in store and say hi. He was beyond kind, understanding of your needs, quick and efficient and his little pup was so cute! Best welcoming to a store I’ve ever had!So affordable too!All these previous reviews are nonsense and inaccurate! Negative people who don’t give in-store shopping a chance! I highly recommend this place for all your 3D printing needs - and I mean ALL.Go say hi to them! You definitely won’t regret it, especially that cute puppy Coco! I didn’t want to leave!!

NO WAY!!! This store will take your money and disappear. Zero customer service and no product no delivery information. Supposed to be delivered by Fastway couriers... was changed Aramex... The item was apparently returned to sender and now i have paid $180 for nothing and you can't even contact them. Absolute disgrace of a business. Will take the advise from a previous review and now going to Consumer Affairs.
