Kayla and the team are so supportive. As a beginner I have felt welcomed and comfortable while I learn reformer. I’ve joined the 6 week challenge and can’t wait to see it goes. Highly recommended

Obsessed with Nundah Studio Pilates.I found it quite hard to get back into exercise after leaving school but since starting pilates i’ve been way more active and haven’t looked back :)The staff are so great, motivating and supportive of my individual goals. I love how accomodating studio pilates is with beginners as well, i’ve never been uncomfortable asking questions or for help. When I was unable to perform a set due to injury, I was immediately provided a substitute exercise which I was super grateful for.Would definitely recommend Nundah Studio Pilates xx

Love the vibes at Studio Pilates Nundah! Such a motivating and engaging form of exercise, all the instructors are all so lovely and supportive. The classes are awesome as well I always come out of class knowing that I’m stronger and fitter than I was before!!

Beautiful studio! Excellent diverse classes with helpful and encouraging instructors. Really welcoming energy and always a good workout with a variety of exercises that keeps you moving and motivated! Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Love the SP Nundah studio! I've been attending for 6 months consistently, 3-4 times per week, losing 13kg going from size 8-10 - size 4-6. Great instructors - very diligent in correcting false moves and making adjustments for injuries. Great management - conscious of individual needs.

Love Studio Pilates Nundah. After not exercising for quite sometime, I have throughly enjoyed my experience with Kayla and the team.I have always felt at home in the studio and comfortable with every instructor. For me exercising in this sort of environment has always made me uncomfortable, not anymore I think it’s safe to say I’m hooked!

Great program, fabulous instructors. Thanks to Kayla and team, I really look forward to my classes and can already feel the benefits. The instructors have been excellent working with me on my knee injury to modify the exercises to suit. I've tried other reformer pilates classes, but yours are the best.

Studio Pilates International Nundah Village
I finally worked up the courage to try a Studio Pilates class (after a very long stint of no exercise at all) and I was not disappointed. Kayla and all of the instructors are down-to-Earth, approachable and you can tell that they really love what they do. I am now 4 classes in and I can feel the difference already. I’ve just purchased a pack of classes and I can’t wait to continue my Studio Pilates journey!
