Smith Collective

I lived at the Smith Collective for two years and loved it. It is close to public transport, the hospital and supermarkets. The apartments are lovely, safe and quiet. The staff are amazing especially my property manager Adrianna. She was always willing to help and responded quickly to any enquiries. After ending my lease Adrianna made the moving out process so easy. I would recommend living within the Smith Collective

Currently living and working in the Smith Collective, and so far my partner and I have loved living here!Our PM (Roy) is respectful and replies efficiently if (rarely) we need any maintenance or have any questions. Received great feedback on inspections, building is clean, super convenient for both of us in regards to work and uni, etc.We haven’t really had a bad experience since living here, only concern is storage for one bedrooms, and a little pricey for what we get but it’s to be expected wherever you go at the moment.Smith is also very supporting of both businesses and staff working, giving exposure where they can.Overall a great experience!

Tara, our Property Manager, has been absolutely amazing! She made moving in a breeze. Any questions we’ve had, Tara has been prompt and professional and we’ve felt really looked after. After living here for some time, our circumstances have caused us to have to break lease, and Tara has been very kind, and accommodating and has made this a pain free process.Congratulations Smith Collective for having such a “Customer Service Superstar” on your team

My partner and I have lived at the Smith Collective for 1.5y and we have absolutely loved it! The management here are so accomodating and lovely. Our Agent Serena is absolutely golden!The entire building is always kept clean and presentable! I would highly recommend to anyone wanting an easy relationship with your real estate agent, it has trumped all my previous experiences with neglectful real estate.Thanks to all the staff!

Only reason I didn’t give 5 star is because of the parking and not much storage space but in saying that we knew this when signing up.. we stayed 3 years and loved every moment of living here at Smith Collective..so close to the tram and bus station, Hospital, Griffith Uni , Woolworths , Cafes etc etc etc .. the list just goes on.. We had two lovely helpful kind property managers in that time.. Only reason for moving was to a bigger apartment as our family grew..

while the apartments are nice they are far too expensive for what they are. even back when it was $380 a week for the 1 bedroom it was too expensive for what it was and now they’re $525 a week. only 1 car park for any of the apartments and you will never find any street parking so don’t expect to ever be able to have people over. they say they’re dog friendly but will reject u if u have a larger dog.they also do everything they can to not give u ur bond back when u leave

My Partner and I have lived at the Smith Collective for 18 Months now, our Property Manager Adrianna has been absolutely amazing! Always helpful with everything we have needed during our time here. Definitely recommend living here within the Smith Community!

I have lived at Smith Collective for 2.5 years & have loved it!The convenience, excellent facilities, shops, restaurants, extras like mail service & free community activities make life so easy.I have great neighbours and love that SC is animalfriendly which is pretty unheard of in the rental market.Any maintenance requests have been fixed quickly.There’s comfort in knowing staff and security are on site. Denise and the team are amazing!

Great place to rent, have been living here for 2 years and plan to stay until my studies are finished (perhaps longer even). Good for long term rentals and those with pets. Here's a photo of how happy my two fur babies are in the Smith Collective.The apartments are fantastic for individuals with health issues, being so close to the hospital we never have to worry about being too far from assistance.Thanks Smith Collective for a great experience.
