Install My Antenna

Was quoted $500 for mounting a simple TV on a wall. More than double the price of other installers who did it for $200-250.Shop around, don't waste your money!

The service man, Amin was very helpful explaining vision position and helping ability to decide on position of location.I would recommend Amin for a good job to be done.The company was responsive on phone. Changes were taken as good challenges.

Had a really great experience. The technician Noah was first class giving excellent advice, job was done at the right price, professionally & in a timely manner. I was most impressed that the solution proposed for my particular issue was absolutely appropriate and did not involve complex & expensive options that were proposed by other companies I contacted for quotes. No probs about recommending this firm.

Having found the team via Google, I submitted the online form on a Thursday evening just before 7pm.I honestly wasn't expecting a call back for a few days and was happy to wait.  Imagine my surprise when I received a call back from Jude at 7.08pm that night!We made an appointment for the next day for the quote, with an understanding that if I accepted the quote the job could be done then and there.  I was given a time of arrival of the technician of between 12 and 4pm.Just before 3.30pm I received another call from Jude, saying that the technician would be arriving soon.Not long after the technician, Amin arrived at my house.  I showed him where the current aerial was and that it had been there since I moved in, roughly 12 years ago, and was wanting to replace it with an updated one.Amin asked if he could come in to check the signal strength I was getting with the current aerial with his signal meter.  The result, which I observed, was less than ideal in that it was very inconsistent and on the lower end of the band.Amin, then presented me with some options and explained the difference in each.  After some initial questions, which were all answered, I choose an option, which suited me.The installation of the new antenna was completed quite quickly.  Amin then come back in to retest the signal strength, which was significantly better and consistent as seen on the meter.  Amin also supplied a new lead for the TV.The results of the upgrade was instantaneous, in that the picture quality was much better with even richer colours, it was akin to having a whole new TV again!The service from the team is excellent from the initial contact from Jude through to Amin arriving on the job.  Extremely professional and polite.  No question was too hard and answered courteously and to my satisfaction.I highly recommend the team from Install my Antenna" for TV antenna installations and upgrades."

My experience with this company was pleasant. Umer the technician was prompt, well spoken and informative of what he was doing and why . And I felt that his efforts were to give me the product that best suited my needs. I was left with the feeling that I had made the best decision in using Install my antenna. Hey we rang in on Friday morning not really expecting to get any service that day. Low and behold the lass on the phone said she'd see what she could do. It turned out that we could have someone out that afternoon. I was told, the installer would give us a ring half an hour before arrival, by late afternoon I thought this isn't gonna happen as it had been raining most of the day. As it happens he did ring later, young chap came out an checked out our old dilapidated aerial that was damaged by birds perching on the corroded fins? (Googled real name and found they are called flagellomeres). anyhow with in an hour it was all up and we had perfect pictures. Kay the young fellas name explained the difference between the HD and regular reception which was amazing BTW. We paid and wanted to give him a tip because he was so good. He didn't really refuse but instead said thankyou and gave it back stating he like to us to double the amount give the money to some one in need on the street. We thought that was wonderful and will follow through with his wish. Up shot is I'd recommend the company Install My Antenna any day of the week they are very efficient and we've had no problem with reception and the entire process from the phone call to installation and departure.

We had Noah come out to assist us working out why our TVs were not getting any channels , even though the aerial was not disturbed or damaged. Noah was here no time at all before solving the issue. He could have told me anything, but he was extremely honest and said it was a relatively easy fix for him and only charged us a service charge. Not only was he honest, he was very pleasant to deal with
