WM Massage

Went in for a calf & foot massage. Amazing service they even give a bottle of water after service. Husband received the full leg massage he was very happy with service. Paid $90 for both.

Good service, good experience

Got my husband a massage voucher for his birthday, when going to use it they refused to honour the voucher and made my husband pay extra despite me clearly stating what the voucher was for. They wouldn’t even alter the service to what would accomodate the value of the voucher.Will never be going back here, absolutely terrible customer service and greedy!

I just had a 40 minute massage from Vito at WM Massage in Southland as I suffer mild Sciatica on my right side. I explained what side to massage at reception and pointed to this region TWICE during the massage that resulted in less than 10 minutes of massage to the requested location. I had to ask to reduce the pressure to my skull, left shoulder, left rib, left spine and right rib areas more than 10 times in total. Back at reception after the massage, I stated it was the worst massage I'd had with less than 10 minutes directed at my sore right side and there was no reply (but they took my money). I have visited this massage place more than 20 times in the past so now I've learnt to never permit Vito to touch my body in the future.

Another great Sports massage and chinese cupping by Lisa. Very Professional Practitioner (I am a qualified Practitioner so I mark Practitioners on Professionalism and skill) and she cares for the customer's welfare. Yes, Chinese Massage is different to Thai massage, so indicate if too hard or too strong. Remember.. some Practitioners English isn't their first language. Make a booking with Lisa because she is very good and in demand. She never try's to up-sell, as is often the case with some Chinese Practitioners in shopping centres. But lock down has been tough for all complementary health practitioners.

I said which massage I wanted to a lady first, who tried to upsell" another one to me straight away. I also pointed out the massage twice on the board. The whole experience was painful as I was kneaded so hard around my neck and shoulders - not relaxing at all! I did not even get a head massage which was supposed to be part of it so I didn't even get the full massage I requested. I have had a good massage here in the past. Maybe Thai massage is more suitable for me."

Had very sore stiff neck, staff are friendly, professional and it is very clean. Good price. Neck is good.

I’ve been here probably 20 times now. The best place for the price!
