Since starting back at work from maternity leave DCV has been a great working environment and a positive experience for this mama. A beautiful family behind the business, Disability Connect is always thriving and growing. There is room to grow and move up in the business whether you are looking at being a disability support worker or a Frontline Leader. Rhys and Rachael are both supportive as CEO and Director and have an open-door policy. it doesn't feel like a hierarchy business as everyone is equal and treated equally that's why I love working with this company.

This rating is left because that I’m not happy each time a client meets a support worker they are required to pay for them out of our NDIS when this is not fair in case the client does not like the support worker in case they don’t both get on well together and when signing up we were not told this. I am also not happy that clients have to pay one dollar per kilometre. Because this limit them on how far they can go which it is meant to be choice and control. Can you imagine going somewhere up to 100 km and back that’s nearly $200 taken out of someone’s NDIS just for travelling alone where is the passion these days. In their policy they should put that when it comes to meet and greeting a support worker for the first time it’s up to the support worker whether or not they want to see us for free. But otherwise every time I contact this place the staff seems to be nice and they have found me a support worker to help me with my diploma of community services.

Will never recommend DCV to anyone, based solely on how they treat their staff.
