Australia Post - Red Hill LPO

I have always found the staff at Red Hill Post Office helpful and courteous. I think some customers just take their negativity wherever they go and will always find fault.

This is my favourite post office in the area. The staff are always so friendly and helpful! There are hardly any wait times considering there are only 2 staff members.

Such a breath of fresh air having excellent customer service and if are looking for a gift they have a great selection of cute things.

Amazing service here – I had an oversized box to post that couldn't fit into any standard packaging, and they offered a few alternative ideas and were incredibly helpful!

Lots of parking and great service. They were very good helping me work out the best/cheapest way to get my package sent. They were also happy to help with the packaging as well.

I’ve forgotten to give this place an absolute FIVE star review because the service was amazing, especially compared to the one I went to in Woolloongabba.I wanted to apply for my passport and had my photo ready but the asian lady at the Woolloongabba post office had denied it, saying that my measurements were too small. She was also rather rude and snappy, which turned me off going back there again.I decided to try out this Red Hill post office. The asian man who served me was so patient and friendly and he accepted the same photo that the asian lady had denied. After submitting my application, I received my new passport in the mail 2-3 weeks later, with my photo accepted. Thank you!! ☺️

I have never heard of a post office as incompetent as this one. Packages will stay there for weeks on end, the staff never bothering to send them out. Estimated arrival dates are over a month away. parcels are returned to the sender before delivery was even attempted. it's ridiculous.... staff, please fix yourselves.
