Absolutely thrilled with the online service from this Store! I ordered a Ross Faulkner One Touch Footy training aid for my Grandson on Sunday 14th Feb and low and behold, it was sitting on my front door step first thing on Wednesday! Certainly can't complain about that level of service, particularly as Victoria was in a COVID snap lockdown for the entire period. The price was excellent (it was on sale when I ordered it, which was a very pleasant surprise) and postage ended up being slightly more than I'd been charged. Will definitely shop online with these guys again.

Sportspower Super Store-New Balance Men's Shoes.I purchased a new pair of leather men's walking shoes online, New Balance Men's 624v4 (2E0) from Sportspower superstore online on 12/04/2021.I purchased another pair of Asics from Rebel Sports at the same time and these had some minor problems and Rebel Sports just replaced them, no problem, just wonderful customer service. Now I was using both pairs to walk about 1 hour daily changing the shoes every second day so both brands were getting the same usage. I noticed the leather on the right shoe on the New Balance started to crack after about three months but chose at that time to overlook the matter but as time went on the right shoes started to look nothing like the left shoe, please see attached photos. When I got around to notifying Sportspower I had owned the shoes for 7 months but was aware they had only been worn for three months or about 100 hours.I am an easy-going sort of guy but felt certain despair when I contacted Sportspower as they made it clear New Balance was difficult to get a warranty claim accepted.Well, they said they only accept liability ( if any) up to six months and mine were 7 months. Surely they would understand that the shoes had only been worn for three months but no the cut off period is 6 months. They claimed it was fair wear and tear but if you look at the photos it's easy to see the right shoes have a major problem, the left is holding up well as would be expected. Now the attitude from Sportspower and the non-acceptance from New Balance for any sort of help leaves me thinking I would never trust these companies and I would recommend you spend your money with a company like Rebel sports.

Went in for a casual browse and was approached by a gent (Matt I think) he was great, could likely sell snow to eskimos. Knows his stuff for sure, told me I’d likely need a type of runner that they didn’t have in stock. Took my details and then gave me a call when he’d ordered stock in from somewhere else “come in and try them on, absolutely no pressure, if you don’t want them no stress we can sell them no worries” tried them on and they were perfect. Probably as comfy a shoe as I’ve ever worn. Good to see great service is still a thing. Thanks.

The store is actually closing down, i went to the closing down sale the other day, everything in store was half price. (it may already be closed as I'm writing this) their range was good. And their shoe prices are pretty competitive. But most others items are quite expensive. But they do sell all the big brands.

Impossible to rate the service when there isn't any. Was in the store about 6 months ago, I asked for assistance and the guy couldn't care less and walked off. Deciding to give them another chance today, and nothing had changed. Not one staff member was assisting any customer in the store. They just stood around the store trying to avoid eye contact with customers. Was in the store for 20 minutes before giving up and and walking out with 4 other customers, and went straight to Rebel sports in Ballarat CBD. Cheaper, much better customer service from staff that take pride in their job. Will not be giving sportspower superstore another chance. Don't waste your time or money - just go to Rebel sports!

Three staff on a Sunday morning and I'm the only customer. Received absolutely no service at all. They would rather gossip with each other than help a customer. Disgraceful. Couldn't even put a complaint on the website. Was advised to try a different contact method than the enquiry page they offer. Says it all!

My son and I called into this store to look at the range of discs for disc golf. There were three staff members gathered at the front counter who didn't bother to come and see if we needed any help. They didn't even acknowledge us except to say goodbye as we walked out. Extremely poor service.

I bought paceman S2 bowling machine online. The package comes with missing tripod parts. Sales staff refused to refund the courier costs as directed by their owner and wrongfully claimed that there were no missing tripod parts. I ended up paying $ 72 from my own pocket for courier cost both ways plus one week of phone call hassles because of their fault. Please be careful if you are buying anything online from them. Very poor customer service. Also, this paceman S2 bowling machine needs bowling wheel replacement after every 2000 balls which means you may need to replace wheel after every couple of months depending upon usage. This store can't help to source the part and suggest you to contact manufacturer which could be another hassle. Please be careful when buying this paceman machine as this can become useless after few months if you cannot find the replacement wheel. Even if you find replacement wheel you may end up paying $ 100 or so plus the hassle of changing it which could damage something else in the machine.
