Terrible build quality. All doors in our house are warped. Finishes are shocking. Towel rails/handrails are all not level. Windows are defective and open to the elements per independent assessor. Wrote two emails to them - both of which have been ignored. A real shonky business and build!BUYER BEWARE - THIS BUILDER WILL BE THE NEXT TO FOLD!

They helped us achieved our Custom built dream home. From selections meeting with Marnie to the different stages of the built, it was so easy. Nick Murphy is very helpful and quick to answer with every inquiry that we make throughout the building stage even after. He is just an email away.It only took 4 months for our house to be finished. We recently build our home with Landmark Building & Developments. We would like to thank Landmark team and special thanks goes to Nat, Nick and Megan.With design from scratch & 100% custom built to meet our requirement, our home is large modern two story home with 6 bedroom. We had spent few months to design and negotiate with numbers of builder and settled down with Landmark. Looking backward, we can proudly say we had made better decision.I can still remember, the day we sat down with Nat and go through our imaginary custom floor plan and Nat was prompt to get the drawings and quote within few days. Being our first built, we were new to numbers of building terminology and specification; but Landmark team was always to accommodate the number of changes in our original specifications (not to mention even during final stage).To share our experience, building home is not a simple task with ever changing expectation/deeper understanding as building process start, but it can be smooth when you have builder which is open and supportive. That’s exactly what we have got from Landmark.If you could narrow down your expectation, just ink everything into inclusion list and set up meeting with Nat at Landmark. It might not be cheapest built but definitely would be “Value for Money”.

I started my building journey with a different builder who treated me like a number and made me feel like my house was not important to them. I almost walked away from the idea of building my home altogether, but a family member recommended that I give Landmark a call.I called Landmark that day, and I am so glad that I did! Luckily the team at Landmark were able to see me the very same day. From the moment I walked through the door of the Cleveland office, I felt like I was a valued customer and in good hands. Nat and Marnie were very knowledgeable and supported me through the entire process of designing my forever home. With their can do attitude, they made suggestions and adjustments to create the house of my dreams. I never felt as though anything was too much or too difficult.Ross and Nick took care of the building process, and it ran so smoothly, like clockwork. The trades were on site every day and I felt as though the house was completed in the blink of an eye.Thank you to the wonderful team at Landmark for turning my dream into a reality! I absolutely love my forever home and I am over the moon with the quality of the final result. I am truly grateful for the positive experience and I will recommend Landmark to anyone who wishes to build a home in the future.

Built our first home recently with Landmark. They were very responsive with emails and extremely quick to rectify issues during our whole build process. We were happy with the outcome and design choices we made with them and the final product.The finish product was also fantastic and will easily recommend them to anyone else who are looking to build a new home.

Built our first home with Landmark and it has been a wonderful experience. The team is so easy to deal with. We got the best bang for our buck! Everyone who has been to our place WOW'ed as every unique detail we wanted was done perfectly! The single-sided raked ceiling, the curved wall, the specific farmhouse sink placement, etc. We just couldn't be any happier! Makes us think of getting an investment property and will of course build through Landmark. Very highly recommended! We have just built our first home with Landmark and we couldn't be happier! The whole team was excellent to deal with, they were so flexible with the design meaning we could create our dream home, and standard inclusions were great compared to other builders. The whole process was very smooth thanks to Landmark's great communication, quality and efficiency.We would recommend Landmark to all wanting to build, especially first home owners, and look forward to building with Landmark again in the future.

Very unimpressed with build quality. 9 out of 10 doors had something wrong, not vertical, not square, open or close by themselves, packing behind hinges, not drilled out behind striker plates so door wouldn’t lock. 3 of 3 bathrooms needed re-grouting within 4 years. Air con unit located too close to gas hot water and too near boundary fence. Questionable legality. Everywhere I poke a stick there’s subsidence where there’s fill so wasn’t compacted. This made pool gate non compliant, down pipes pulling away from walls taking weatherboard with it. Even the pool tilted 5-10mm on a small pool it matters. Pathways sunk on one side 5cm, Wood covering joins between external fibro, bowed and needed fixing. Sleepers for retaining walls, some rotten wood from day 1. Covers falling off door locks, in one case a light and fan switch is located 4-5 m away from door opening. Within 3 months of moving in I opened the dishwasher door and the whole dishwasher fell out, forward onto the floor. Some floor tiles have a void behind them, hollow sound to walk on them. Oh we cut too much off a bathroom tile, just pack it with silicone. Drainage at rear is a good 4 cm above ground level so the water just doesn’t drain away. Gaps in the boards on staircase. Major discoloured anti slip coats- like someone spilled white paint on stairs. On contact the builder did explain some limitations- ie the very minimum warranty contacted by the people we bought the house from therefore the focus on quality just wasn’t there. Seemed like there was much eye rolling and very little enthusiasm for coming to take a look at my concerns.. seemed like a pain rather than a chance to stand behind the quality of their work. I don’t know if the lack of quality was driven by the people who engaged them to build or if they cut corners on their own because they just work that way. I could go on but I will stop. Either way, no smile on my dial. I was successfully discouraged from making formal warranty request due to their over the phone attitude back in 2019/2020.

We recently built our dream house with Landmark Building and Developments and we loved it. I would like to thank Nat, Megan, Marnie and whole team for their tremendous support throughout this journey. Our whole process went soo smooth with great help from the team. Thank you for listening to us and providing us some great ideas and suggestions. It was easy to communicate with the team, we always received quick response regarding our concerns and queries. Landmark has great varieties of inclusions, we did not have to upgrade many thing as they have great quality products already included. I’ll definitely recommend Landmark Building and Development and will not hesitate to choose them for our future build.
