Broadway Short Term Apartments

The apartment unit was kept clean and we were very happy to have been able to stay nearby amenities i.e. eateries, convenient stores as well as the beautiful Swan River. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Definitely an accommodation worth recommending for!

I stayed at Broadway Apartments this year in September. I was working at UWA for a month and need somewhere I could base myself that was close and easy access to the Perth CBD. This was a really affordable great apartment that suited all my needs. It is a quick walk to UWA and to a shopping complex with an IGA, Butcher, Chemist and really everything I could want. So I found not having a car was fine for my full stay as the bus 24 takes you right from the front door down ST Georges Tce into the City. The apartment was like a home away from home with everything I needed for my long stay. Fully equipped kitchen was useful as I wanted to save money be avoiding eating out. They are larger than most apartments I have stayed in with really large rooms and living area. It was nice and clean on my arrival and Terry was lovely and was always around to help if I needed anything. Would recommend

The apartment is well kept. Given its age you cannot expect ‘wow’ factors, but the owner also lives in one of the apartment and is very friendly and helpful with your needs. Do report any issues directly to the owner to his mobile for quick response.

I stayed at Broadway over the weekend while sitting exams at the hospital. The location was great, close to shops, cafes, buses and a nice wall to Kings Park, Matilda Bay.Perfect size for 2 people and my unit had a very nice decoration, a beautiful lounge /study area on the balcony. Very clean, spacious kitchen and nice shower.I would return and definitely recommend staying at Broadway.

Cozy and home feel apartment in quiet area. There are some apartments with various interiors to choose from. One bedrrom apartment with spacious living room and kitchen. It's so perfect for those who opt for short term (or long term) stay in this area. I was accompanying my children to settle down in Thomas More college and this was a perfect choice as it's walking distance to UWA. The property owner Terry is a very friendly and helpful person. My wife and I had lively chat with him occassionally when he took care the property. I don't hesitate to stay here again when I'm in Perth.

Very clean, convenient and welcoming. Couldn't recommend it enough. The host was always available for any questions and was even happy to quickly post back my keys when I left them behind! The apartment is new inside, great kitchen and everything you would need.

A very nice completely equiped and furnished unit with a living room, bedroom, a smaller bedroom, and a bathroom. It is walking distance from UWA campus and also from the lovely Mathilda Bay on the Swan river. The city center, Fremantle and Cottesloe beach are easily reached by a short busride.

Excellent apartment, in a great location close to the University. I stayed here for work, and had had a very nice time. I had to modify my travel dates at short notice, and the management were very understanding and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Good accommodation in excellent location. It served us very well for 2 weeks as our toddler recovered from an operation and we had to stay in Perth. The apartment was small but nicely furnished and a reasonable rate. The host was kind and helpful. would stay again and recommend. The ac worked well and the onsite launderette was good too. Thanks!
