Usually the staff here give good advice about products I'm about to buy. One team member told me all the wrong advice about washing machine. How I didn't have to clean the inside of the rubber drum, which was misinformation. Spent too much time talking about things he found fascinating. Harvey norman needs to properly train their staff.

Purchased a gift for my partner online and despite the fact that I needed a passport and lunchpack to travel the distance to Woodville I agreed to click and collect. Arrived to the store a smidge before closing time and slid my way in without much resistance by the staff member at the door (Thank you Sir!) while he directed me to the technology department to collect my item. With a heart full of hope I walk towards the counter when alas!! Bill makes an appearance and Bill has a mission to foil my gift plan. Bill starts telling me that its already after closing time and no one even knows about my order! My heart dropped, all those speeding fines and time lost with my family will now be in vain as Bill slowly crushed my dream of a surprise birthday gift. Suddenly an angel appears! ANNA!! She knew of my most perfect gift and knew exactly where it could be found! She knew her calling was to be at work that day to work miracles for me even though she wasn't feeling well. Anna its people like you who deliver great and thoughtful service which makes a great experience and inspires us to return to your store, even if it is a half days worth of travel! Thank you so much for making my partners birthday!

Was trying to purchase a $1300 security camera kit, but not one person came to assist me, after standing around waiting for help for about 25 mins i decided to go spend my money somewhere else.Also because im quite petty, and now annoyed at the service from this place, i wont be purchasing the outdoor kitchen or pizza oven i was planning on getting in the near future.

Excellent customer service! Saw Ky and Annemarie in electrical for a coffee machine, their knowledge and advice helped us buy what best suited us. We are very happy with our new coffee machine and really appreciate the great service! Thanks again.

Bought a nespresso pod coffee machine for my mothers birthday only to find out later you can only buy pods online. Small goods manager lies to me saying they said it several times to me when they did not. They may have said it once but definitely not several times"Then suggests that I do my mums coffee shop every time she needs. Starts getting snippy at me and at no time offers an exchange or refund until I say my mother won't be happy with it.Absolutely disgraceful."

Excellent. Long term customer and I have always been looked after! Friendly, helpful staff, plenty of parking and always end up happy with my purchases. I recommend this store!

I won't recommend that store. I ordered a camera and they said i will receive it within 2 weeks then, after a month they said they don't have a stock and we will refund the money. Then they made a fake refund to my afterpay account then, they said it will take 24 hrs. I called afterpay customer support after 24 hrs they said no activities has been done to your account and there's no activities has been done to my phone account. They don't want to give me my money back !. Even store stuff aren't helpful.

Good showroom stock of just about everything . . . and a great deal on the refrigerator we were after.

Customer service on their delivery lead time is horrible.Called twice and spoke to them with utter disappointment. This guy Chris, is really annoying and not helpful to customers. I am paying for my items and PAYING for delivery but he speaks as if he is doing me a favour.WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!3 hours window delivery time is not helpful, how do you plan your day with a delivery window of 10.30 - 1.30? When call to check his replied with we will give you a call 30 mins before arriving". What if i have a meeting scheduled at that time?When asked if I could have a more accurate time

Be aware of the bedroom furniture franchise director Trent Matthews, Hardly Normal (very different from Harvey Norman sales people), should not be anywhere near customers, poor service, rude, disrespectful, lied to us, gaslighted, changed his story line within a span of 1 minute, never got back to us when promised, charged full price for items on promotion, refused to match his own promotional price for the clients who spent at the store around $30,000, distressed and revolted good clients who were going to spend another few thousands. Not a smart move at all.
