Blue Mountains Pet Resort

My dog loves this place. He’s happy when I drop him off and happy when I pick up. Can’t ask for anything else. Updates and videos are also made during his stay so we can see him playing with all his friends.It’s a big yes for me!The only bad thing is that I’m out too late sometimes with booking and there’s no avail.

I'm very happy with the care taken of my cat Boo Boo by Blue Mountains Pet Resort over these Christmas holidays. My cat was calm and relaxed. The cattery is clean and comfortable giving the cats plenty of space and lots of cuddles from the lovely staff. Excellent customer service with a smile and friendly reassuring communication even during your vacation staff will send you pictures. In response to the complaint below I feel its important to organise your booking especially over Christmas holidays months ahead as BM Pet Resort is very popular. I think you'll find that a boarding business would be more reliable in a holiday placement. Set up a rapport as you would with any other business. Lovely, friendly staff that clearly love dogs and cats. When we picked our dog up, he was happy and calm. He had a wonderful time at Blue Mountains Pet Resort. (Plus they were happy to give him his medication.) Definitely using them again.

Great facility and service. Our dog is always happy on arrival. We picked him up today after a short 3 night. The staff are fabulous.

We have previously used the Blue Mountains Pet resort to board our cats and were so happy with the way that they were cared for and after just picking up our 2 dogs and 2 cats again,they certainly didn't let us down. The care that is provided by the staff is amazing.How very quickly they picked our pets different personalities and needs.The facilities for both cats and dogs are exceptional Extremely clean and absolutely no odour The staff are so friendly and nothing was a bother.This was the first time that we had placed our dogs into boarding and as they all are our fur babies I was worried how they would go. But when we picked them up they looked so happy and healthy Not stressed at all They were having a great time out in the play area with the other dogs of similar size.So thanks to the wonderful staff for the love,care and attention that you gave. Fantastic as usual. Our dog had an awesome time and was clearly well cared for and sad to leave at the end of her stay. It’s reassuring when I dropped her off how excited and happy she was. Huge thank you to everyone there!

They took care of our fur baby really well. Amazing people. They'd respond to my messages straight away whenever I wanted to check how my pup's doing. Reasonable rates with excellent service. Highly recommended!

My dog had the best time here. This team are genuine animal lovers (which you would hope in a kennel but not always the case). They did a temprament/anxiety test on my dog before he stayed there the first time. You have to book well in advance for holiday periods.

The people who run this place are so kind and friendly. We put our two fur babies in for four days while we went out to Western Plains Zoo. We discovered that many, many people repeatedly trust this place to look after their furry friends. Now that is a place you can have confidence in.They encourage people to spend some time with their animal in the enclosure before leaving them there rather than just dropping them off. Food is included in the boarding price but if your animal is very fussy you can leave your own supplies with instructions.There are various different sized enclosures for the cats and each one can have a supervised roam about outside their 'room' each day if they want to. They also have window ledges where they can watch the chickens outside. The dogs have big areas where they can socialise with other dogs if they wish. It's like a doggy holiday camp. They board chickens here as well.It is recommended to book well in advance if you're going away at Christmas and the New Year. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be happy to leave our darlings here on future occasions.
