Amazing service - helpful and caring

Worst experience. They couldn't give the medicine as I was not carrying the hard copy of the prescription for my wife who is pregnant and instead offered my a medicine which had multiple salts along with the salt prescribed by the doctor. I had told him that my wife is pregnant and hence please be very sensitive while giving the medicine.We came to know that the medicine he gave to us was not suitable for pregnant lady and the baby. Once I came back to return it, instead of being apologetic for providing an incorrect medicine, they had the audaciousness of telling me that it was a favour that they did to me. A favour that I never asked for in the first place. Hard selling medicines at a premium and then letting me know it was a favour just to avoid taking a return of the medicine was rudeness of the highest order.

Absolutely the worst customer service. It is appalling to experience an employee behaving in such manner. I was both shocked and disappointed to have been treated this way and I believe other customers should be aware of the employee's actions. Not only did I not receive my order for over 3 months but when I inconveniently checked in-store myself the customer care representative answered back rudely and with a biased attitude of racism. The worker blankly ignored my complaint and my existing online receipts, she also claimed that all orders are confirmed through call and not SMS which is not true as i had received an SMS when i first ordered my product. I was very disappointed and upset and will never be coming back to this store.

Absolutely terrible , these people should have their franchise revoked .RUDE , ARROGANT .. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE … I think they should all look for new profession … don’t waste your time or money with them

Absolutely the worst Chemist - DO NOT GO HERE….everyone in Kirribilli and Milsons Point knows it’s a joke. Even local doctors tell you to avoid. Most items not in stock, dirty, rude and unprofessional staff. Go anywhere but here….AWFUL

Terrible customer service from the older lady. I asked for an item and she stared at me blankly, sighing and saying gruffly we only have what's on the shelf. They are hard to get ahold of" she did not point where. I said "where is that exactly?" and she pointed vaguely at the back counter

This chemist’s advertised operating hours seem to be more of a suggestion for when it might be open… If you show up 30-60min before the shop’s scheduled to close, it’s a gamble as to whether or not they’ll still be operating for the day.

Dose this place even have a manager that i can complain to!! Get rid of the rude lady that was in store on Wednesday the 14th Of June 2023 it was about night time just so you know who I’m talking about exactly. She is rude and racist!!I wish if i said something back to her that night but i didn’t want to escalate the situation specially my partner was with me and i didn’t want to scare her off.But she seriously needs someone to put her back to her place.If I’m not going to get a reply from a manager or someone in charge then i will definitely pay a visit to the store soon and do this face to face.
