Warren Boston is an extraordinary solicitor who genuinely cares for his client.On 19 October 2022, I attended to Steindls Lawyers & Notary in relation to having an urgent affidavit notarised. I saw Warren who is a partner in the firm. I did not have an appointment with him and I had about a 120 page document which required his signature. Warren was very professional and exceptionally accommodating. When my document was notarised, he offered to scan my document and email it to me. He put my document in an envelope and gave it to me. Warren charged me $80.On 20 October 2022, I again saw Warren to have a second affidavit notarised. I arrived just before Warren was closing for the day. The receptionist printed my document. Warren assisted me outside of work hours to notarise and send me a scanned copy of my affidavit. When I attempted to pay Warren, he said that no money was required and he wished me all the best with my matter.I cannot appreciate Warren’s services enough and I challenge you to find another solicitor like Warren on the Gold Coast.

In my opinion, and from a preliminary opinion of another lawyer - Gerry Epstein failed to follow the directives of our father's will when he was provided instructions from the executor of the Estate.When pointed out that the exectutors were not acting within their fiduciary duties. Gerry failed to act appropriately.The executor of the our fathers Estate proved to be derelict in his fiduciary duties.Mr Epstein went so far to provide, as in his own words personal advice" to the executor of the Estate.Futhermore
