Giraffe Early Learning Centre

Although my little one doesn't attend this childcare currently, they were by far the best center that we experienced. The staff are not only friendly and normal but professional, you feel like they bond with your children and have their best interest at heart. We felt instantly at ease which inst normal for us to do so. The center its self is beautiful with lots of play areas and good separate dark areas for sleeping and lots more toys than the normal area. they always have more people in the rooms that the required number and no child goes without being looked after!Id be back in a heartbeat if possible and our Son misses everyone so much.Highly recommend!!!

My son has always loved the staff at giraffe, they are always so warm welcoming and friendly towards him and get just as excited about his achievements as we do. The variety of activities both inside and outside ensures they children always have plenty to do. The educational program for the 4 year old kinder is amazing and I can't believe how well they think of new ways to teach.

GEL staff and management is amazing! Very friendly and professional. Perfect child care centre to enroll your child in. Unfortunately I have to leave GEL as relocated myself to different suburb. My son misses GEL at lot.

My son is in the centre. He has been Giraffe since 3 months old. Staffs are very nice. They are giving lots of attention and heaps of love to my son. He seems very comfortable and building strong trust with educators. I am very happy with Giraffe Early Learning Centre in Docklands. Strongly recommend!

My 2 years daughter had been going for this child care atleast for a year and the staff was such an amazing looked after my kid very well.5 start for Pros- Amazing professional sensitive staff members stick to standards and looks after kid as if they are their own especially Loan & Amy, Divya .as being single mother they understood child requirements. Lot of staff left the childcare and my kid had to adjust with new staff through out year.Though they all were good.Cons- Manager is bit weirdo makes you feel doubt about service.

My child was in K4 for almost about 6 months and more - not at all satisfied as parentsMy child cried almost everytime when my husband used to pick her up saying ' I don't want to be here 'Not at all satisfied with the activities and curriculum - definitely not a child centric pedagogy - less efforts to prepare children for schoolWill never recommend this day care to anyoneAt the end we changed her daycare even though it was only 3 months left to school where she was much more happier

My 2yr old daughter has been attending Giraffe Early Learning Centre for just over a year and the improvement we have witnessed in her development and social interaction with other children is just incredible!As a parent, when your child grabs her school bag on a Saturday and Sunday then is disappointed when she can't go to school, you know your child loves going and that they are in great hands.The Manager Apryl is very caring and it blows me away that she not only knows all the kids names, the parents names but notices the small things like when one of the kids gets a hair cut and compliments them as they arrive for the day.The Educators in my daughters room seem genuinely delighted to see her every morning especially after she was sick for a week and even more excited to give me updates on what she has done during the day. At times they even show me photo's they have taken of some milestones she has achieved during the day like climbing up a rock wall she had been working at for a few days.I love that both management and the educators work together as a team to ensure that routine I have at home matches as closely as possible during her time with them. As someone working in the Dental field, the centre always looks so clean (the main reason we choose this centre) & I love being able to provide my own bedding for my daughter which I can wash as often as I see fit, especially during these uncertain times.There are so many wonderful things about this centre with the indoor and outdoor playing areas for each of the age groups & they are great at being sun smart! Here are a couple of pics that I took during the ocean theme time, but to be honest the international theme that is currently on encompassing an Egyptian pyramid, hieroglyphics code challenge for the older kids and a Guess Who game personalised with the kids faces at the centre is nothing short of absolutely charming!Great free parking available for drop off and pick up or easy walking for people living nearby in Docklands. You really can't go wrong with this beautiful establishment for your child.

Unfortunately visiting the centre made me feel very anxious about the health and safety of all children in this service. The staff were not professional and ignorant of their duties and responsibilities.The director was quite annoyed that I had to visit the centre at that time. The environment was unhospitable as the ceiling was dark and there were no open windows for ventilation. Poor learning environments and few resources. The children are not allowed to go out as often as/or when they would like, but suit the educators' and management's choice of when they want to take them. Most 5 star" reviews are very long ago and some do not have any comments making you wonder if they are actually real. The department should rate this service as 'working towards' and not 'meeting' the 7 quality areas."

Our 12m old daughter started going to giraffe this year. The nursery team Grace, Divya and Amy are all very caring and thoughtful. They are brilliant at what they do. They regularly do fun activities for babies and cater for individual needs very effectively. They are also happy to share detailed information about the child's day to the parents.The environment is also safe for infants and kids.The management is very flexible with family requirements. I highly recommend Giraffe Early learning centre.

Educators are like the friend of ours & our kids, even after graduate from Giraffe my son still looking forward to go back and meet the educators. Chef prepared kids' meals, interior environments are dynamic with themes / materials / decoration / fun stuff for the kids to explore / learn / ask questions & have fun! Clean and fresh indoor & outdoor environment, people-focused centre management.
