Great petrol station with all the facilities and fuel and mechanic. One stop petrol stop.

Arrived at 8:55pm to find it closed even though it says it’s supposed to close at 9pm! Saw the woman quickly walk to the back room when she saw me as I approached to buy essentials from the mart area. Truly poor form and plain lazy!

Terrible customer servicePayed for fuel and a hair conditioner that had a lable of only 3$, checked with the staff and she confirmed the price, payed the money and went home . I was accidentally checking my bank account and realised I payed 53.51$ instead of about 47$ . Called them right away about 20 mins after i left and she said okay maybe a mistake come back tomorrow same time i will refund you. Next day i went there about the same time around 7:20pm and another sales person said she has no idea and is from a different store, she can’t help .So I wasn’t checking my account I wouldn’t have a clue of what’s happening and why i paid 9$ for something that was only 3$ .That’s not fair at all .

Rude. Extremely impolite excessively so.Told I could not pay with a Caltex Woolworths gift card as they do not accept them there. I have never had such a bad experience at a Caltex before

Refuse to help the customer with emergency need as I forgot my wallet and I just need 5 ltr so I can get back. They don’t accept bank transfer that’s fine, but they do have a solution to let you fill up one form but as soon as they know you haven’t fuel the car yet, they put the form back and tell you there is nothing they can do. Coldness, no sympathy, inflexible. I would not give comments if they turn me away in the first place. Bad experience

Name RAMANDEEP at the counter, asked for the fuel receipt he cant even give the receipt said they won't give receipts he is very irrespective, indiscipline, don't know how to talk with customers. I give them ZERO ratings if there an option .

I just went to fill up petrol at this gas station. 9/11/18 17:01 The Indian staff told me I couldn’t pay with my wish gift card that I have been using for petrol at all Woolworths caltex in the past few years. She was rude and told me they don’t accept ewish gift card because it doesn’t have barcode so she can’t scan it. Then I paciently explained I always enter card number and pin on the efptos. She was so rude and refused to seek assistance from other staff. Ridiculous.
