Feels great to have another store in town that sells pet related products and of course the awesome animals themselves. I personally love the range of fish available. Happy to be a regular customer.

Typical chain Pet shop range. Staff are wonderful. Dog wash at the front seems very popular in the mornings, great for free pats!Brand loyalty points system is one of the few I actually use, it's easy with no spam and points = in-store cash discount at a reasonable rate.Animal conditions are good to excellent, which is important to me and I will not use the other (unnamed) pet store in town for this reason.Well done with your store folks!

i got a call while in the shop that my pet had to be put down. i had to wait half an hour for service as the staff wete busy working as they called it. they were chatting and laughing with another customer for half an hour.theywerent just talking about animals.when they did return and i told them about my anxiety about my pet. they had no empathy and told me they only had 2 staff on.they told me to have a good afternoon or try to.wild horses wpuldnt drag me back there

I have recently moved to Nanango from the Gold Coast, and took my Malamute and Sheperd to Elaine for their regular demoult and groom for the first time, and am extremely happy at not only what a great job she did, but also how wonderfully she handled the 2 of them. Lovely lady, easy to talk to, and my fur babies enjoyed their pampering. :)
