Very expensive. I visited for a 15 minute procedure and was $300 out of pocket. I presume this high cost was due to the fact that they are utilising very expensive MRI equipment; although I must say the doctor was very professional and performed the task with skill and ease. The result was a favourable resolution to my ailment.I did find the venue extremely busy and the receptionist was very quick to process your appointment and have you wait (my wait was about 15 minutes after I arrived on time)There is a lift to access this clinic on the first floor of the shopping centre so wheelchair access is easily obtained.

If all health care professionals were like Demi, no one would ever be scared of going to the doctors. Thanks for helping ease my worries! The receptions were also really kind and accomodating

I had an ultrasound performed here two weeks ago. The radiographer rushed me through, and the results ŵere inaccurate which caused me to have the wrong treatment initially. I'm too scared to go back. This clinic is like a cattle yard. People are rushed in and out. I'm lucky that cancer was not a concern, because it would not have been picked up.I'm still in shock about the misdiagnosis. I'm still speechless.

All the staff here are so beautiful I had a Ct scan on my back last week . Next step Epidural . They are all so lovely

I had a very kind person do my MRI, and when I started to panic going into the machine he helped me do some breathing exercises, and slowed everything down for me despite the fact that I was last appointment for the day. Thank you for helping feel more comfortable

We are very fortunate to have such a fantastic professional service in Diagnosticare local to us all - we should all be considerate of the amount of pressure on the staff and be considerate of this as Stephen and all of the staff have been there doing extended hours right through covid when many other similar services were not operating.

Terrible customer service. There was an older lady who was arguing with staff about something relating to how to do their jobs all out on display for all patients to see. Not a very good look at all DiagnostiCare. Change your staff or educate them on how to do their jobs effectively.They have so many receptionists all of which are too busy on the phone and not a single one to help patients check in which is a simple job. You have all receptionists on the phone which makes the waiting area feel uncomfortable and loud, there needs to be a better system than this have the call takers in another area away from patients. Makes it look hectic and crazy otherwise.Visited 2 days in a row to have ultrasound done on 2 feet and the first day I went they lost my referral somehow then they magically found it in their emails after me waiting 10mins in the waiting area.Again totally unprofessional and next time will be going elsewhere to have scans done.Management need to do something about what looks like a circus and zoo in one.

Consistently great service! The receptionists are always friendly, patient and welcome you with a smile. Radiologists are compassionate and understanding. It gets very busy but it doesn’t seem to negatively impact on the efficiency of the services they provide.

My third time here and again, staff were professional and kind from reception to scan. At 5pm on a Friday staff were patient and very accommodating. They so kindly squeezed me in for an MRI because THEY were AHEAD of time. (I was just looking to drop off my referral and book my appointment) it would have been easier for THEM, to book me at another time but they made the effort to expedite the process. I was incredibly grateful. Every step was explained to me, I felt confident in the process and what to expect. I could not ask for more or better treatment and care. Thank you to the entire team!
