Great, friendly staff. Beds comfy. Common areas need some work, though. Pools are fairly dirty, even the inside pool. It's not heated. Overall, we had a great time

We were on our Honeymoon. I could only book a queen deluxe online. When we arrived we were served by Justin and he upgraded us to the Honeymoon suite. It was absolutely glorious! The Resort has so much to do!! The service was wonderful and discreet. We could walk to the Pioneer Settlement. Note: Buy a pass that includes all 3 options. You'll have 2 wonderful days of touring and entertainment. You won't regret it!

We arrived and our room wasn’t ready yet, when we were told that we can go to our room, the cleaning lady said that she defrosted the fridge and it’ll be ready to be used after 10 minutes. She never came back, leaving us to throw the defrosted water and removing the towel that was left in the fridge.The facility is fine for overnight stay I guess.

Staff were lovely.But the pools were very cloudy and dirty and the games room needed a good clean.Buffet breakfast was great.

You could say this motel offers good value for money. If the rooms we $20 each. Seriously this place is pretty aweful and in disrepair.Lets start with the Pros first.They have Kooka Country Coookies in room.Free mini golfThe air conditioner worked.Cons.Room noise. Trucks roll past and apply thier engine brakes 24/7. Admittedly, the hotel cannot move or insulate against this noise. So choose accommodation 100 metres closer to town where the trucks get diverted around the back of town.Where do i start with the pool. It's murky, you can't see the bottom, it has missing tiles and grey slime that settles on the high water mark. The pool is also unregulated with peeps drinking stubbies in it.The spa bath or maybe its a kiddies pool looks a giant well used petri dish that been left in the hot sun for a decade. Seriously.All the rubbish bins are fullThe WiFi is 0.25Mb/sec. Which is 1/40th of acceptable speed.It's the sort place that you're happy to leave.

Room was ok for a night or two not a fully self-contained unit but managed to do what we had. The outdoor pool was nice great for kids to play minni golf or tennis or the games room staff are also welcoming

Sheets were dirty, room was not clean. Shower was filthy and could not maintain the temperature, not to mention it was full of bugs. I did not even receive the room I booked. They told me they were fully booked and had to give me a different one even though I booked well in advance.

The rooms are very good. But both pools were freezing. A small cost to heat both pools using black piping on existing roofs with a pump would change that. They have solar panels so to run the pump would cost nothing.
