Mark and his team are friendly and welcoming and serve the best burgers around. Steak sandwich is amazing and the salads are fantastic! Hidden gem in Bassendean!

Staff have always been friendly and helpful upon each of the few visits I've had. The buns on the burgers are great! My gripe with 8 Napkins is the quality of their meat. The patties are thick, which isn't a bad thing, but they aren't juicy-thick. They're also gristly and quite fatty which detracts from the overall quality of the burger.

Delicious food, and good variety at good prices but what stood out to me was the unbelievably excellent customer serviced we received here. The friendly, helpful and highly Hospitable restaurant staff made our experience one to remember and rave to our friends and to strangers on the internet about. The jalapeño poppers were gorgeous and the coffee was great. All in all a goooooood time in fancy little old town Bassendean.

Tasty food, chicken burger uses crumbed chicken instead of the usual fried which I like! But can bevery dry. Chips taste good too but overcooked, service was friendly and quick

this is my favourite burger restraunt to eat at. Great burgers, good prices and just a nice vibe inside. definetly would recommend.however, under the new ownership things have changed and their burgers have declined from its original and best form. but still it is very good.

Great burgers and quite huge. I had the spice burger with some extra bacon. Think I could have asked them to dial up the heat (my call not theirs) but I was being cautious.Nice flavours and a nice amount of heatLook forward to visiting again

8 Napkins is a family friendly place with high chair for little ones and colouring pencils for junior kids. The Burger menu has something for everyone and the burgers are generous and delicious. The restaurant is comfortable and had a good feel to it. The Burger space theme on the walls is eye catching and interesting. There is even a table soccer game that can be played for free. I recommend this establishment for a good burger.

This is the only place that is opened on Good Friday so we went there for lunch. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 vanilla milkshake plus 15% service charge on Public holiday, our bill was $50.50 in total. The burgers looked good but the flavor was just alright, the beef was pretty dry and salty. The milkshake was not cold at all. I was not disappointed but for that price we expected something better.

To summarise, I'd rather take a chance on the Golden Arches than this place and i dislike McD's. 8 Napkin's is no gourmet burger joint. The service was very average, the order was taken wrong, so I ended up with cheese sauce rather than ranch on my buffalo bill. The chicken was only just cooked. My wife's Hot as Hell was okay but the patty was low quality and the spicing was bitter more so than spicy. We were never asked if the Meal was okay and not even acknowledged when we left. The only positive I could take was the child's portions were good. The format of pricing is pay for a burger then everything is extra, even sauces, other than 1 ketchup each.

Fantastic food, very friendly and professional staff. Nice location.This place really hit the spot. I ordered the burger ribs combo and chose the 8 napkins burger and a side of large fries and large drink for $30. The burger was one of the best I’ve had. As someone who eats burgers daily, that’s saying something. The ribs were also very nice. Often a combo (especially with ribs) the ribs taste like they have been sat for hours waiting to be used up. That’s not the case here. Falling off the bone with lots of flavour. Chips were very tasty too. Could have been a meal in itself. This was my first visit and I look forward to returning and hope that both the service and food is just as good.
