Made a phone call to this store today as I had already called the homewares store in Waurn ponds and they did not have the item I was after in stock.Lady was incredibly rude and instantly directed me to phone the homewares store stating they didnt stock any of that item when in fact I have been into the Waurn Ponds shopping centre Adairs and bought homewares before. She ended the phone call abruptly acting as if I was stupid for calling. You must hate your job to be able to speak to people in this way. Will not be returning to this store.

Shopped at adairs waurnponds ponds shopping centre. the staff especially Lucy was amazing at helping me chose a doona cover,pillow slips ,cushions etc.Nothing was a problem for Lucy ,excellent customer service and quality linens etc. Thankyou Lucy. Annette G.

the two ladies working there this afternoon were absolutely lovely! they were helpful, great to talk to and made me feel very welcomed in the store! everything was also very clean and well presented!
