I bought all of my bathroom, laundry and kitchen plumbing needs when I recently had a complete rebuild. The range was wonderful and the service along the long, drawn out because of Covid restrictions, road of rebuilding was tip top.I have since discovered a fault with the surface of one of the products and the intelligent and respectful staff were onto seeking out a warranty for me immediately. I felt listened to and valued as a customer. I would really like to recommend this business. It was so refreshing to deal with such authentic customer care.

Not a great experience. Ordered a Vanity which was massively delayed. Was not advised that the vanity would come as a flat pack and had to be built and modified before being installed. System did not fit together correctly and I had to get additional materials/ timber to make the two halves join after installation at own expense.

Great store. Wonderful customer service. We have visited twice recently and received really helpful customer service that helped us solve our bathroom problems, understanding regarding our needs and good suggestions re: products. We live out of town and delivery was not a problem, the entire team was great to deal with, including when a mishap occurred with our order that was quickly rectified and delivered to our home outside of Bendigo. Would not hesitate to recommend Highgrove Bendigo.
