Red Hill Day & Night Pharmacy

This is my main pharmacy, even though it's not the closest. I have to regularly pick up prescription medications so I am here quite a bit and have developed a good relationship with the staff. They always are friendly and they especially like it when I bring my young son in.They are always very professional and helpful. They have price matches my medications before, but to be honest I'm OK with a little extra as not only are they open late every day of the week, but there is also a warm atmosphere that you don't get at the discount chains. Not to mention that the big discount franchise is killing independent pharmacies by breaking the rules the Guild laid out, and with the cooperation of the Guild! I will always support an independent pharmacy over the big chain.In summary: friendly, professional, trustworthy and helpful. I highly recommend Red Hill day & night pharmacy.

Rang to make sure they had my medication. Pharmacist asked if I have a prescription for it which I did. Drove 40 mins to get script filled and she refused because it was a hand written script. My doctor doesn’t do computer scripts and she wouldn’t give me a reason why she wasn’t going to fill it. I had a letter from my doctor showing this was prescribed to me also however she wouldn’t listen. This was embarrassing, a waste of time and extremely unprofessional.**Edit: I could see how to reply to your response, so I’m adding it here. There is absolutely no chance there was a miscommunication. I was repeatedly told by the female pharmacist that she wasn’t going to fill my script. The store had a number of people listening which was embarrassing as she wouldn’t give me a reason as to why she wasn’t going to fill the script and in the end was blunt and rude. So nice try to try and look like you care and usually provide good service but there is no miscommunication and I won’t be wasting more time calling your store. Maybe you should use this feedback and get your staff to be good pharmacist and not let things like this happened. I travelled a further 45 mins round trip to a different chemist where they filled the script without an issue.

The staff are amazing! I had to organise some medication to be picked up by an Uber. The woman I spoke to was wonderful and sorted everything out for me. So helpful.

Excellent service, very professional and knowledgeable, good section for gifts, overall on the expensive side.

Worst customer service. They are a pick up location for Sendle but refused to take my parcel. I had arranged for Sendle to pick up from this location and nothing about size was mentioned for their store, that had more than enough room to store my parcel until pick up. Not great for business when you upset loyal locals. Merry Xmas. After speaking to Sendle directly they said there is no reason why my parcel should have been rejected. What a miserable individual that chose to do this.

Very helpful service. When I realised I had an expired script the pharmacist helpfully informed me of a service where I could get a new script online and I was able to get what I needed on short notice. Very happy.

It's great to have a pharmacy full of such kind natured staff. People don't understand how stressful it must be working in such an environment.Good on you guys.

Red Hill Day & Night Pharmacy was extremely efficient in providing my 2023 Covid vaccine & flu shot. The pharmacists Michael & Cate, were extra friendly & kind to all of their customers proving expert advice with genuine empathy & understanding. I was sincerely impressed with the overall professional & community spirit of the pharmacy.

Purely writing this review to compliment Darcey. They were able to manage multiple customer enquires at the same time. I was there around lunch time and both staff managed the rush well.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for over a decade now and have never been disappointed. All the staff are caring and above all polite and considerate of your individual circumstance. Rhonda and Michael are especially amazing and are never too busy to help.Highly recommend!
