I was referred to Chiroflexion by a friend who has been seeing Chris for years. After doing a bit of research on the services, I booked in for a Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy session, followed by a chiropractic adjustment with Chris. I found the entire process enjoyable, but more importantly - I learned so much that day about the importance of health and wellness. I am quite surprised about all the knowledge Chris has, and he explains the entire process, and answers all your questions (and more) to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Vickie (his assistant) is also lovely and was very helpful. The clinic is based in a beautiful part of Terrigal Beach, so perfect to treat yourself to an afternoon of pampering. I had the best nights rest and really looking forward to my next visit. Thank you Chris & Vickie for the wonderful service!

Chiroflexion is just what I was looking for after experiencing a number of chiropractors. The service here is exceptional as it includes a number of elements to the treatment. This includes massage, ultrasound and infra-red heat before any adjustments are even made. The Flexion therapy is a game changer.I have noticed significant difference in my posture and my capacity to move.

I recently went to Chris after being recommended by a work colleague, I injured my back at work and he has been amazing, within 24 hours of seeing him my pain was gone. He’s very educational and has taught me a lot about my back already. I’ve had two sessions with him and already feel such a difference in my back. I’ve seen over 5 different chiropractors over 10 years and no one is more committed to spinal health then Chris at Chiroflexion.I suffer from chronic lower pack pain. Chris uses a variety of different techniques during your session personalizing it to you. Usually a session starts with heated mud packs on your back for 10 minutes, followed by an ultra sound to warm and relax the muscles, thirdly a deep tissue massage Finishing with some adjustments if needed. I always feel confident, supported and pain-free when I leave the clinic.I had treatment throughout my pregnancy and will continue treatment through my breastfeeding journey. It’s worth the 50 minute drive to appointments!Finally, I could not recommend Chris enough to my friends and family. He is an outstanding health practitioner that’s passionate about helping his patients through his therapy.

I recently had a Chiro flexion session with Chris at Terrigal and it was amazing. He worked very solidly on my tight body from too much play over the silly season, and it helped release much tension. It felt like a reset for my body and mind, and I followed with an oxygen chamber session that integrated it all. I’ve woken up after a big sleep and am grateful I had that session. Thanks Chris. Chris has so much knowledge to share about health and very generous about sharing it too. He takes his time to explain everything. It’s definitely not just about simple adjustments. My sessions always feel so thorough with lots of pre adjustment warming up. Highly recommended Chris.

I went in unable to move without pain or cramping due to chronic injuries. I saw Chris and left able to move again. After a few sessions I am now able to sleep pain free and move again!
