Amazing morning breakfast buffet for only $28/pp. Lots of varieties to choose from and even pancakes and fruits for the kids. Truly something for everyone.All of the staff there are also incredibly friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place!There is also an option to eat outdoors which has views into the pool and pond. Ambience instead was festive at the time of visiting as it was near Christmas time.Also, went here for dinner and ordered chicken schnitzel, caesar salad, barramundi with curry and rice all for $75. A bit pricey admittedly, but the food came out all delicious and well presented.

I was overly surprised about the food here. Ordered wedges, Mediterranean salad and bosciola. Food tasted delicious! I found the servings weere quite large and enough to share with someone. It was a gorgeous day so we sat outside and had a view of the lake and golf course. Service was pretty good too! No complaints.

Food cooked perfectly but outdoor pool/spa outside the glass facades of the restaurant may not an appealing view to some while dining (it was 14°C and drizzle so no one in it) beer rather flat though.

Breakfast here was a pleasant start to the day. I would recommend heating the plates though as by the time you get half way though the hot food it's started going cold. But the view over the pool and the Golf course and lake is amazing. Plenty of selection for breakfast.

Had dinner with a party of 5 and we all ordered steak. Was cooked very well and of good quality. The drinks were also great and good value in comparison to Sydney prices. Live music created a nice vibe for a Friday night.

Cypress Lakes Bistro & Bar
It was a great surprise to find this place. My friends and I were having trouble finding a nice place to have dinner Saturday night and this Bistro is simply fantastic! The view from inside is stunning and the food delicious. Price wise, excellent cost/benefit and, in top of that, the staff is super friendly! I do recommend!!! :)

We really enjoyed our meals, enough portion and great quality.Calamari was super tasty as it was marinated properly.Burgers were nice and delicious as well.Just next to a golf course with great view to a lake.Staff were friendly.Overall highly recommended if you are looking for a lunch or dinner in Hunter valley.
