I took my wife's car for a wash it's a new car it only had a little grime on it drove back home and it looked like it had not been washed complete waste of time and money

Used the dog wash there on our little Cavalier. Racked up almost $30 in the machine. The convenience is great but probably not real economical if you have a bigger dog.Also be careful not to accidentally double tap your card. It's hard to tell if it processes.

Machines no longer accept cash. Card or token only. Vacuums are terrible, barely collected any dirt out of my car.Finished my pre paid minutes and drove 2 minutes down the road.

New system requires you to use tokens instead of gold coins for the machines but no clear signage stating this. New vacuum is terrible has a rubbish suction and coins have been jammed in perfume so cannot use. Never going back .

While the staff are great, the quality of self wash wish could give 0. Takes soo long for the options to come into effect. Used the spot free water and chemicals were coming out for over 2 minutes. Wax didnt work, spot free rinse also really faulty.

Either the vacuum or the scent spray doesn't work.If they're working, you can't get 'tokens' to pay for them.Servo staff are all cool (and absolutely do their best to help), but whoever owns the car wash side of things needs a kick in the arse.

The automated car wash has recently been serviced. It now does a much better job of cleaning the car.
